Atmosphere is perfect for families, my kids loved the outdoor seating with a fantastic view of the park. Food was delicious! Drinks We're very well satisfying. It was a crowded, which made the servers rush. But then again it was labor day weekend.

Dined in for lunch today with the family. Though it took almost 10 minutes for the waitress to arrive, the food made up for it. All in with tip was $69. We got a caprese pizza, bbq chicken pizza, kid’s grilled cheese meal, lobster bisque and a Guinness. Bisque was tasty, fries were crisp, grilled cheese toasty and buttery. The pizzas were awesome though the bbq chicken had too much bbq sauce and not enough chicken. We’ll worth the stop.

My son and I coming to Lake George since 2 years. Monte Cristo was our first choice for dinner- we love all people working there, food- amazing!!! This year for the first time we came during winter- and were even more impressed!!!!! Onion soup- stole my son’s heart!!!! We seriously love there!!!!!

Walked in & was immediately greeted by cute and Fall forward decor. The ambiance is warm and inviting was immediately greeted & welcomed to sit at the bar which just so happens to be a boat. The restaurant itself is amazing, but oh, let me tell you….the food was even better. I got a perfectly medium cooked burger with fries. Fresh lettuce, tomato, & onion. The fries were to die for. Let the bartender know that I abstain alcohol, and she had a plethora of Mocktail options. YUM! Went with the Harvest Apple Mule. Tis’ the season! Will 110% be back the next time I’m in Lake George. Service was perfect & the food exceeded expectations. Thank you!

My friend and I took our kids and moms to this restaurant on a whim while vacationing in Lake George today. They had us seated (party of 8) in only 10 minutes, while other restaurants on Canada St had a 1 hour wait, and the food was absolutely fantastic! I devoured a French onion soup and Caesar salad and my picky 10 year old loved his personal pizza. We sat outside and got to listen to a band playing music in the park and the sounds of the minne ha ha and other boats going by. Definitely recommend!

Food was so excellent! Amanda provided a level of service that was way above and beyond! When a double rainbow appeared here at Lake George, the restaurant told me to enjoy photographing, held my food, and booth! What an amazing restaurant with such a wonderful staff!

Great visit during our trip to Lake George on the lust day we were looking for a good place to have some lunch and after a few mishaps we found this amazing place. Staff was great and specially during this pandemic they had everything in order no server but they brought us everything we needed to enjoy this meal. I would definitely come back to this place again in the future.

We came here from a recommendation from someone walking by as we were looking for a good breakfast place. The food was excellent! We were with 5 kids and the waitress handled it with such ease. Fantastic service, great food. We will be back!

My family ate here on Wednesday, August 16. We were seated right away and they were very busy. Our waitress was very attentive and polite. The food was delicious. Between the four of us we ordered: Fried clams cooked well done (per our request), coconut shrimp, scallops, boneless beef short ribs, mashed potatoes, cole slaw, and salad. Everyone was happy! Definitely recommend this restuarant.

During covid Monte Cristos is not full service; order at the counter and they bring the food to you nicely packaged for takeout. They have an upper and lower patio for outdoor dining, so there’s lots of seating. I wasn’t expecting that much given how empty the place was (although we did come at an off hour in the afternoon) but the food was great. The turkey club was full of turkey, crunchy bacon, fresh veggies, and 3 layers of toasted bread. It’s massive and a good value for $13.50. It usually comes with fries and a pickle, but I swapped it for sweet potato tots which were piping hot and crispy. The menu has a wide variety of hot sandwiches and pastas and steak even.

Food was plentiful, delicious, and exactly as described. Server was so friendly and attentive. Great spot, will definitely be back!

Delicious!!! My group and I were on our way to the cafe next door while we saw this place was less busy. We took a chance and it was the best ever. I had ordered the Meat Lovers, we all got our food in a decent time (about only one or two people in the kitchen). Great service with great people, food was great for such a low price with great portions! Definitely a find and I fully recommend going there!

We came to Monte Christo’s after a long day of sightseeing. Tired, hungry, our most excellent server, AMANDA, took our order, expedited the meals. The food was delicious, the last of the jazz bands was playing. But AMANDA was terrific, even preparing my cappuccino to go (double cup too)!! Thank you very much AMANDA! We will be back!!

We have been visiting Lake George for many years. We have eaten at many places. Some good, some bad. We stumbled across Monte Cristo and were pleasantly surprised. Our most recent visit was no different. Our server Amanda was friendly, and attentive. Our food was great as always.

This place we tried for the first time during covid in 2020 because it was one place doing sit down dining and it has been a favorite since, the food is outstanding I have never had anything bad. My group is in lake gorge 3 to 6 times a year and eat at this place a lot...... just go there you won't be disappointed!

They were very generous with the drinks which seemed they added their own delicious twist to them! The food was amazing and very tasty. But our waitress/ host... Lilly, listened patiently to our story and also shared hers. We just adored her!!! Hope we didn't get you in trouble. The girl in the front was also very inviting and friendly!
