Lookout Cafe

First time here and this place is amazing! Food is great and service is great. The view from the outdoor restaurant is the best! Just be aware they open at noon. The sign on the steps up has 11:30.

I like that everything they serve food in is disposable, it faces the lake, right next to the Fort, the Steamboat, beach and other restaurants and bars. Prime location, and drinks are decent. The waitresses are great, I went twice and was very pleased with the girls. Bathroom could be better/bigger.

We loved that it overlooked the lake! The kids got to see all the boats going in and going out. There was music playing. We went on a Tuesday night so it wasn't crowded. Our hostess was super friendly, and the portion sizes were big!

Atmosphere was really good. Service was fast and friendly. Food was pretty good and they have great views overlooking lake George. Right next to the Ft McHenry Convention Center. Would come back again.

Food and service were awesome. Tho the prices are a bit steep. 23 for a burger.

Always a favorite, our family has frequented the overlook every year..at least twice, since my teen girls were little. Most food tasty.. staff VERY friendly but the view is the main attraction.

Perfect afternoon, good food and a perfect view. They had live music, their service is fast and friendly.

Great, fast service. Got the fish and chips and the hot dog, both were simple but good and good portions. I appreciate that they allow adults to order off their kids menu. The views over the lake and of the nearby boats were great.

The management wouldn't let us sit at the large tables if we didn't order food, the place was half empty, rules, rules, rules..

Just drinks here but what a great view over the lake and unto the mountains. Try to go during the fall folage it is beautiful

Just got done eating lunch at Lookout Cafe. It was wonderful!! The food, the view, the staff, all absolutely fabulous!! Lexy, our waitress went above and beyond for all of us!! I can’t wait to come back and enjoy it all.

Food was great, service was impeccable and the view breathtaking! We came in half an hour before close and didn't feel rushed or unwelcome in any way, which was nice!

Good service, good view and good food. We enjoyed the chicken wings and the calamari salad. The po boy sandwich was also a good option. Recommended

Been here several times. An outdoor but covered location with very good burgers and great views of the lake and mountains. Located right at the bottom of Lake George (see view from cafe).

Great views of the lake. Inexpensive food that was good. Nothing fancy but great hot dogs, figh and chips, etc.

Nate and the crew at the Look Out Cafe are as amazing as the food. A must if you want The Best Burger In Lake George.
