I just used Lily’s to order flowers for my uncle’s funeral in Aberdeen. I was concerned about ordering an arrangement online from a national company since they all have disclosures about substituting flowers as necessary. So, I decided to call Lily’s and spoke with Rebecca, the woman who would be designing the bouquet. She was so helpful and patient in answering all of my questions and addressing my concerns. She worked with me on designing a wonderful arrangement within my budget. Since I live out of state, and I am unable to attend the funeral, she even texted me a picture! Based on the customer service I received from Rebecca, I would highly recommend this florist to anyone looking to send flowers in Aberdeen.

Called this morning for a last minute delivery for my daughter for Valentine's. I'm from Texas and my daughter is working in Aberdeen as a travel nurse. Needed a gift for my daughter who is in Aberdeen attending Northern University. Today is her 25th birthday and she was having a bad day. I called Lily's Floral Design & Gifts ( from California) and explained what was happening and what I needed and I have to say that these two ladies who I spoke with went above and beyond what I asked and delivered a wonderful candy bouquet in just a couple of hours after I called. I wanted to send flowers to someone special in Aberdeen without a hassle. I called Lily's Floral and talked with Pam. I always hate ordering flowers on-line as it is always so generic. I told Pam what I was looking for and she took care of the rest. I live out of state so it was delightful to work with someone that was helpful and actually cared about my order.

Ordered flowers with short notice, was very accomodating and patient. Was shown various options on websites, even took us to the workshop to see more catalogs and available flowers.
