Evan Sullivan was awesome! He stayed on the phone with me for quite a while to help me purchase a stove. He went above and beyond!! He was very polite, knowledgeable and helpful. You have a wonderful employee with him. I can’t say enough to convey how much I appreciated his service. Thanks so much Big Sandy and Evan Sullivan!! From 1-5 stars I give him a 10!!

Kitchen appliances (GE fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher) were purchased online. Service I’d give 5 stars. Appliances I haven’t used yet, as just received today.
I received great service from Scott , the ‘virtual assistant’, over multiple days. He was very patient, helping me compare different brands, pros/cons, answering questions, helping me to make a decision. The Big Sandy website was behaving a bit flaky (being nice, I would have bailed if not for Scott, who also helped with invoicing).
Delivery was on time. Appreciated the updates so I knew when to expect them. The guys delivering it were pros- navigating a challenging location with ease. They were professional, polite, careful not to track mud, etc.

I am most impressed with the whole process. I ordered on line and everything went so smoothly. My refrigerator was delivered today by 2 very courteous gentleman. The refrigerator was dented on the bottom drawer and they have assured me that the whole drawer will be replaced as soon as possible. I highly recommend Big Sandy. I will definitely go there for my next purchase. And I will tell my friends. Thank you Big Sandy.

I ordered a couch online today after visiting in store to check product quality. The associates were all very helpful. I have not received my item yet and delivery is set for next week which I felt was very timely. So far the experience has been great. Hoping the product will reflect this as well.

Every part of my experience was awesome! I looked at the physical store in Heath, Ohio and was impressed with the amazing selection and price range. I found what I wanted and elected to order online, which was a very easy process. Less than 10 minutes later my order and delivery date were confirmed. I also was able to take advantage of a great sale which allowed me to get a free loveseat! Big Sandy is the place for furniture!

Brittany was a champ to deal with and work with me she definitely earned everyone of those gold stars! Super helpful, answered all my crazy questions then completed my order. Can't wait to get and enjoy my new couch.

Britney was very helpful with my online order. I do want to remove the old mattress/springs for $40. I can have them on the front porch when the new bed and frame are deliver.

Evan was very helpful. He answered all my questions and helped me find an appliance with in my budget. He found me a model in stock and got my delivery scheduled quickly.

The chat made purchasing my new dryer so easy. All my questions were answered in the chat and they emailed me the link to my cart to make the purchase. SO EASY!

So far everyone has been very helpful and we haven't had any problems at all!! It would be nice if you could actually talk to a sales representative instead of texting but all in all our representative Brittany was as helpful as she could be!! Thanks!!

Never ordered an appliance of that proportion online before but had to this time. I’m trusting that all will go well! It was surprisingly easy to order this way.

The delivery guys arrived promptly on the date scheduled and the product was all intact. Sandy's and their delivery are a lifesaver for those that live an hour away from everything.
