My girl and I stopped into today and were greeted with a beautiful smile from the ice cream barista. My girl thought she was cute for flipping the ice cream and her smile and blonde hair. We will definitely be visiting again.

Good ice cream and customer service is good. The best employee so far is Peter aka Spider-Man :)
Super nice and friendly and makes conversation with the family, which that’s great. And he would great every customer that walked in. He is loud enough so hear him which is great since I’m heard of hearing. The other employees are not loud enough to hear them, to it’s tough to understand them. Anyways, I enjoy having great customer service to places I love to go. So good job Peter :)

Elsie is an absolute ROCKSTAR!!! Our group had a total of 6 items, and the line behind us was growing steadily. Elsie was BY HERSELF, making all of these orders, with a smile on her face! We all applauded her work ethic, and she she was just a delight! She was quick, accurate, and pleasant, despite being the only one behind the counter, and a line going almost out the door! These 5 stars are for ELSIE! 10/10!

We’ve come to this location in San Bernardino for a decade or more because our local store closed down. We have to drive 1-2hrs to get here, so that should tell you something about how much we love ColdStone ice cream. Now, the past three visits we’ve made, a young man named Ben assisted us. The first time, the store was packed, and he quickly and efficiently handled all the orders without a scowl. The second/third time, there was only us in the store and Ben once again handled our orders quickly and efficiently again. Busy or not, Ben is the best!

I was surprised that they didn’t have more of a variety of flavors. But I was surprised that they had so many toppings.

One customer ahead of me ordered ice cream and the young lady who worked there did some fancy handwork with a metal paddle. She placed a slice of cake on top of the ball of ice cream then she started half chopping and half stirring the cake until it disappeared into the ice cream. Then she scooped up the ice cream and mashed cake into a cup and added the toppings.

My six year old niece ordered Oreo cookie ice cream with gummy bears, chocolate chips and marshmallows on top.

I love their ice cream. It's really good and creamy. I get the love it with French vanilla and oreos or half French vanilla and half coffee with oreos.

I have been going to this cold stone for years. My experience has always been pleasant. The workers were cordial and the ice cream is bomb. I get banana and cake batter with marshmallows now my sis and niece get that one too when we go lol

I love this place! I take my grandsons whenever I feel they deserve a treat! They have the best ice cream,my favorite is cheesecake with cheesecake bites . Bomb and the prices are reasonable .the girls that work there are such sweethearts ,I call them my girls cuz they go over and beyond to please my boys

I love their ice cream. It's pricey but a wonderful indulgence. Also, it's almost always staffed by college kids which is nice to support the local college, but additionaly, the staff is always friendly and works hard. It's a great and terrible thing to live so close to this fantastic creamery.

Just went in for ice cream,at first Kayla helped us then johannie jumped in to help her as we were a group of four. Service was fast and kids left with a huge smile on their face. Every time we have been to this location the service is always great!

A ton of ice cream variety and toppings. You pick out what you want and they mix it for you on a big stone right there. It really is a most awesome sight. Everything is quality and delicious. Great customer service. A little pricey but worth the experience.

Coldstone has the best ice cream. I am not a big ice cream fan but I'm going to tell you wow it was amazing I got a special tea and added my own items to it and it made the best flavor.

I had gotten out of the hospital and I had lost about 20 pounds, I could not eat anything everything I ate I would throw up but I finally tried just a little of the ice cream and it really helped it helped me be able to tolerate some foods and it has been great ever since now the only problem is I want this ice cream everyday. And I'm doing fine now so I think this place for showing me a different way to do things.

Customer service is amazing , a young lady assisted my bf and I , I believe her name is Tadj . She was very welcoming , fast and kind !

It was my first time visiting Cold Stone Creamery. The young lady who attended me was very patient and helpful. I purchased the cheesecake fantasy which was very delicious.

The cream-a-rista ,Brandon, was AMAZING! I have never seen anyone handle a crowd of orders with such grace and patience. He made the experience special-- not just an ice cream run on a hot Sunday afternoon.

Tip this guy well, his work ethic is rare.

I ordered a cake for my daughter's b-day super last minute and I was able to have a custom cake made the same day. Stephanie did an amazing job! My daughter loved her Halloween themed cake. Thanks!!

I LOVE this place. I actually like the other one better ;-; BUT! Does it really matter.? No. I ordered a banana yogurt/ice cream with kit kat and chocolate flakes...? There was probably just one person went we went there.. BUT, it was great. You really should try it.
