Irwin was awesome! He dug though a whole pile of lumber to find me the best pieces, loaded them on to my cart, and loaded them into my car! He was so friendly. I was really impressed with his customer service! Elaine has also always been wonderful and super helpful!

Gassama is the man! I lost my receipt for a cash purchase. I bought it same day. He was able to find the transaction through time and even to the cents. What a great guy, thank you again!

Typical Lowe's. Plenty of parking including handicap parking and accessible entrance. Good selection of products at fair prices. Knowledgeable and polite staff Clean and well maintained restrooms.

I have always had good experiences here. I wish I remembered the employees name, but he spent 20 minutes helping me find all my lightbulbs. Great attitude and helpful spirit!

If you are shopping here look for Harona at the front. Great attitude and superb service. Lowe’s management should definitely be looking to further this guys career.

I called the store in Silverthorne to see if the French doors I wanted were in stock, I spoke to Nick, and he said they were, and he would put them on hold for us, which he did. We live about an hour and a half away, and when we got there one of the doors were broken, but he spoke to Tyler the store manager, and he did a price match with a more expensive one, because they had no others in stock, and we needed two the same. Nick was extremely helpful, patient and kind, and helped us with our order from the floor, to our truck and got two other gentlemen to help
get them into our truck safely with a forklift. He got some cardboard, plastic, and even red ribbons to put on the end of the doors, for safety while driving all the way back home. Please give him another badge, and even a raise! He surely deserves it! Thanks again to Nick and Tyler for everything they did for us! Although this store is somewhat further for us than Home Depot, (they don't have this kind of customer service), we will definitely go the distance to make this Lowe's our store for any future purchases...Carolyn and Michael L.

I was in a couple of days ago and the department manager for lumber, I believe John?… fellow Hoosier, was so incredibly helpful. With a dad in construction, hardware stores were a second home. This hardware store experience was one for the books. I waited too long to complete my project and he helped me get it done with ease. He was exceptional in his recommendations to meet my budget and have the right components to succeed, got everything cut per my particular project, and he made sure I was all set up at the check out. 10/10 recommend 👍🏻

I want to give a special shout out and thank you to Tyler with the long hair who helped solve a problem with an order we placed. He took immediate action and solved the issue. Thank you. Valerie Wilkinson

We moved to Colorado from Philly so have pretty low standards for customer service. However! This Lowe's is awesome and we are so lucky to have it (an hour away) while we are building a home in Buena Vista!! They are usually adequately staffed and the store is clean and organized. Staff are friendly and helpful. Eric in plumbing is the man! and was very helpful in a recent hot water tank purchase.

So, we had bought a brand new Whirlpool washer/dryer. And we wanted to add the pedestal/drawers to the set. We couldn’t find the pedestals anywhere but finally found them at Lowe’s in Silverthorne, CO. We purchased them online & within a couple hours we received the email telling us we could pick them up. We called to be sure before we made the long drive. The gal on the phone told us they had 6 in stock, in our color, & yes we could come pick our order up. So my husband & I jumped in the truck & drove the 2 hours from Steamboat Springs to Silverthorne. When we got there, Rick helped us out at the Curbside Pick Up desk. We waited about 10 minutes & then a young man named Adam came with only one of the pedestals (at the time, that didn’t make sense... why would we only buy one?). Then we were told that they only had one in stock, there was another one damaged, but that’s all they had. We told them we had drove 2 hours, we were assured that Lowe’s had our order (annoyance was starting to set in)
Adam went back to the warehouse & quickly showed with what was the only other matching pedestal, and it was damaged. It looked like a forklift had clipped the corner of the box & there was a small dent in the pedestal itself, but nothing too bad. Adam offered 10% off, my husband asked for 20% seeing as how we had driven all that way & had been told our order was complete. He was able to give us 15% off the one pedestal. Rick then rang us up & was not able to apply the discount, something about their Lowe’s computer system not allowing a discount on the same day of purchase. He told us to call the next day & he would refund us not 15%, but 20% for all the miscommunication & trouble. We said great, thanks & they loaded our order into our truck. Here’s the best part... we called Lowe’s the next day to speak to Rick & get our refund. After being out on hold & transferred several times, we finally got Rick on the the phone who wasn’t able to give us the 20% refund, again the computer system. He asked if he could call us back. Within 10 minutes, Rick called us back & informed us that he & his manager had decided to give us $138 off!! Way more than than 20%! They apologized for the damage & the trouble. They thanked us & hoped we would be back again. We have to say, good customer service seems harder & harder to come by these days but this experience reminded us that it is still out there! Adam & Rick were both helpful & kind. Rick was humorous & he really went out of his way to remedy the damaged goods situation. We will absolutely be back to Lowe’s for all our home needs! Thanks Rick, Adam & Lowe’s!! Well done!

Very helpful stuff and my husband can stare at the saws for like an hour. I usually wander around and try to look married. 😂

They had everything I needed. An employee from ?receiving? went way out of his way to help me find a piece of lumber and then again 10 minutes later looking up the Lows number as I was trying to check out at closing. Wish I had his name. Great guy . Top Lows employee in my long experience.

I like this Lowe's. They are helpful and it's a well stocked store. Andy B. went out of his way to help me. I was loading wood into my minivan....like tetras...he popped outside and asked if he could help me. I was grateful! Thank you so much Andy!
Also getting the wood I needed and having it cut was simple and the man that helped me with that was great too! Thanks Lowe's for the great service!

Got the best service on a Saturday evening! Couldn’t find anyone in the home decor and walked to the front and found a manager. Super helpful and with the help of 4 employees, was able to get what we needed! It wasn’t their area but they all worked together to get us a special order and set up for measurements. Cannot remember names , but I believe they were Josh, yesenia, manny and the guy from flooring!!! Super helpful!!!

Convenient since I live in the area. Usually have what I need, and very convenient for online orders picked up there. Lots of help there, actually. I think Home Depot's drive to improve their instore competent help is raising this Lowe's drive as well for better competency.

Manny (his tag says M@nny) at Lowe's in Silverthorne is one of the helpful customer service people I've ever worked with. He showed us everything we needed and went over and above by solving an issue we were having hanging something. Highly recommend!!
