Loved it here. Will need to come back and stay longer next time. If you like camping with a few amenities (power and water ) if you are tent camping which is what I did you will love it. They also have RV hook ups. The one thing I do suggest you bring is bug spray because the mosquitoes ate brutal at night.

Dropped in for a one nighter and Katy at the front gate was very helpful and nice. She set us up in a Big Creek site about an 8-iron from Bear Lake. The site had full hook ups and everything worked. Trees for shade, a picnic table on a concrete pad, and quiet hours starting at 10:00 PM. A very pleasant stay for $40.

Beach right behind our camp spot. $40 for full hookup is a good deal. We had a great time and will definitely come back next year.

We arrived and there was no one to pay at the fee station. We found a site with an incredible view of Bear Lake. We are in camp site 30 which is great and I would recommend site 37. They are a full hook-up campground, water, electricity and sewer.
Kind camp host, very relaxing, great weekend.

Big creek is a great location at Bear lake. There are trees for shade and full hookups for RV’s. Also, flushing restrooms with showers for after playing in the lake. You can rent water craft and other water toys there as well.

Amazing host, clean grounds, quiet after 10, vlose to the beach, but it's not as clean as the beaches next door. You can easily walk next door though and you can use the beach there.
Camp host is super friendly, staff at the check in station as well.

Lake is just amazing, but you probably already know that.

Tent or Rv camping is allowed in the Big Creek Campground. It is just 100 ft away from the lake beach. Clean environment.

Loved it! Nice bathrooms! Nice free showers. The handicapped shower was less than clean but was nice just be sure to wear shower shoes. All the hot water you could ask for. The water is a bit low so it is a hike to the beach. There were 4 gorgeous eagles, 4 adults and a juvenile perched in the trees not far from our space. Super beautiful and super cool! There is some shade but be sure to bring a canopy. Hosts are super nice!

As far as public campgrounds go, Big Creek (part of Rendezvous Beach State Park) is at the top. The camp hosts are always courteous and helpful and the facilities well kept.

Great spot with easy each access. Most spots were very wooded with lots of space in-between. Some spots were out in the open without any trees. Best to pick the shore side spots or the spots in the western culdesac. Bathrooms were nice and clean and plenty of dumpsters around to put your trash. The closest town was about a 10-15 min drive which was also very nice for a quick grocery run or of you want to go out to eat. We had a blast there and will probably go back soon.

Absolutely beautiful. Was able to back my rig up on a campsite right by the beach and hook up to electric and water. There’s even a dump drain on each site. I came the day after Labor Day and there was a lot of vacancy so it was quiet and dispersed between campers. Sunrise and sunset are epic and the water is beautiful.

Beautiful area. Bald Eagles nest by the creek. Only bad part is you can't check in until 3pm.

Thanks to a family tradition, I have stayed at big Creek camping ground many times. I have seen and stayed at other camp grounds in the rendezvous beach, big Creek is by far the most beautiful. There are trees on all sides, utility hookups (electrical and water), spaces for RV's and tents. Due to the arrangement of the campground, you are very likely to be camping right near the beach (within 50 feet), or within a short walking distance. The grounds are well maintained and kept very clean. I look forward to camping here annually. I love being able to have a beautiful view of the turquoise blue lake straight from my tent. I have posted pictures of Bear lake as well. You can quickly access the nearby golf course or garden City as well.

Great campground, very quite. The spots are a little hard to get into if you have a really large trailer. We had a 37' bumper pull and it took a few attempts. Some spots are angled a little better to allow for bigger trailers but not easily distinguishable when making the reservations. Routine DWR patrols and they have a truck come by to spray for mosquitos. Very close proximity to the beach just a short walk, with some sites right next to the beach. Has all the hookups, also showers and bathrooms. Overall great experience, and we had a bald eagles nest right next to our site.

Very fun. We stayed in the cabins. Important note: beds are abit hard and there is no internet or firewood. Indoor Bathrooms and showers are available all over. Pro tip: wake up early to claim a beach spot by the water.

We stayed in lot B16. Had access to the beach 25 feet through a trail. Camp host helped us park our trailer. We were first timers with it. Campground was very clean, including rest rooms. We will come again!

Great campground, quiet, concrete pads, and picnic tables. The only suggestion I have would be to clean the showers and bathrooms they were pretty nasty when I was there.
