Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I needed a car to drive to Boulder for work for a few days. Logan was amazing, very friendly and efficient! The vehicle and tires were great, not a problem driving in wet, snowy conditions. I will definitely rent here again and highly recommend.

Logan, the general manager, is the very best at customer service. He has gone way beyond the excellent level on every occasion that I have needed to rent a vehicle. I live in a resort town, and I travel for work, so it is not always easy to get the type of vehicle I need. Logan comes through for me every time.

Everyone who helped me was very pleasant, professional and assisted me with the upmost courtesy and cheerfulness. Breck People was exceptionally helpful and went above and beyond by picking me up and dropping me off when I needed to get and return my rental, even though it was after 5 pm. Great customer service I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs a rental car in the near future.

I rent cars 2-3x a month from airports and just assumed needing a rental from a local outfit was going to be a disaster...but I had to get something while my personal vehicle was being serviced down the street. Logan and the staff at Enterprise Silverthorne went out of their way to accommodate and make the experience a good one. They gave me a courtesy shuttle to and from dealership.

Oh how Enterprise in Silverthorne has saved me!! Logan Johnson, the branch manager deserves a raise! My car was badly hit on an icy road, requiring it to be in a body shop for months. The first rental I got didn't have great tires and I was distraught over being without my own vehicles - and snow tires this winter! I live in Breckenridge and constantly need to drive in tons of snow. Logan went above and beyond to. get me switched into a more suitable vehicle to keep me safe. Thank you, thank you!! Let it snow, I'm as ready as I can be.

Logan was very pleasant and professional to work with. I showed up in person without a reservation and was able to get a car within 10 minutes. I also had my ride fall through for the vehicle drop off and Austin gave me a ride to Groove to get my car within minutes of my drop off. Thanks for making life easier guys!

Logan has been amazing to work with. I totaled my car and he was able to get me into a great rental, but not exactly what I was looking for. He proactively followed up when a more ideal vehicle was available. Very professional and nice guy.

I was in a bind with a breaking down minivan that I rented from another Enterprise location and I called this location right before they closed for the weekend. Drew answered the phone and told me to come on in, that he would swap out the horrible minivan I was in and get me into a full size SUV at the same rate I was paying. I arrived a half hour before they closed Friday evening. Drew was there right when I walked in and he literally had me in and out in 10 minutes with a brand new 2022 Chevy Suburban at the same rate as the van. There was even the sweetest dog in the shop, who I loved visiting with while there for a short time. Bottom line, this Enterprise cares about their customers and seems to really make things easy for them. If you want outstanding customer service when renting a vehicle, come see Drew here. You won't be disappointed.

The team here of McKinley, Scott and Austin are a fantastic group. After we experienced a weather-related accident in our rental car that we got through a low-cost rental car company, they sprang into action and got us into a wonderful vehicle that was way more appropriate for the winter road conditions in Breckinridge. Austin drove all the way from Silverthorne to Breckinridge to pick me up and quickly get me into our new vehicle. Again, I want to express my sincere thanks to the Enterprise team in Silverthorne and I’ll definitely be using Enterprise from now on.

Our van's transmission went out while driving through the Eisenhower tunnel. Brad at Goodway Auto sent us to Enterprise, where Drew fixed us up with the perfect vehicle to continue our trip as scheduled. He was having a stressful day, but got us on our way in good time. Enterprise in Silverthorne were great. I was having my car serviced and they picked me up with the vehicle and picked up the vehicle from Breckenridge Collision when they were finished. Thank you so much for your service and flexibility!

Our vehicle broke down in the middle of our family vacation and we had no good options to get home. Krista, the assistant manager went above and beyond to get us taken care of. Found us a passenger van for the day to fit my family of five plus the dog. She arranged another vehicle if needed for later that day and a one way rental back to home- KS. She assured us we had nothing to worry about. There were not great reviews at the time but Krista took care of us in a time of need. Exceptional.

I had to rent a car due to an accident. I was stuck in winter park and was talking to Christa and she was willing to go out of her war to help and accommodate us. It took two days to get there and she held a car for us. When we finally arrived they were extremely helpful and she personally washed a car so we could get on the road as soon as possible since we had an 8 hour drive ahead of us. Hats off to her and her staff for running such an accommodating business!!!
