Rob. Sorry to hear you were not happy renting from us. We retained the same personnel that Dennis used for snow plowing. Operations were not changed. We paid a pretty penny for the facility and needed to increase rents to justify the price. Keeping rents as they were at time of purchase would have resulted in an operating loss. They are still well below market and we intend to keep them lower than our competition. I invite everyone to come see why we are the best place to store your RV. I guarantee it.

UNSAFE and NOT SECURE

My unit was broken in to with approximately $10,000 in tools and equipment stolen.
The management did NOTHING to help me, and did everything they could to make the situation worse.

DO NOT RENT from them. NOT SAFE!

The original owner Dennis was great but once he sold it the new owners they turned the place into a cash cow for them increasing prices approximately 60% within 2 or so years while not even maintaining snow plowing as the original owner did. No I cannot recommend anyone renting space here. Nice facility itself but terrible new owners IMHO.
