I killed a bison November 2020 the outfitter used this butcher who sent the meat in cardboard boxes with no dry ice. I told the owner and his assistant to overnight it to New York they sent it and the meat came 5 days later spoiled and crushed with boxes missing.The owner Henry was contacted by the outfitter that i used and the outfitter told him he'll pay for a new bison and shipment. Henry contacted me that he would send me my new bison meat on February 23, 2022. He never sent the meat and now won't answer my calls or messages. He is nothing but a thief and a liar and I would advise everyone not to do business with this butcher.
