Tubac Jack's Restaurant & Saloon

I was greeted at the door by a guy named Peter! What a character!! I could tell that he and the owner were old friends and would know the food better than I. Peter ordered onion rings for an appetizer which when paired with the chipotle ranch - perfection! I love ribs and happen to smoke ribs weekly so Peter ordered me a rack! Wow, the flavor, the rub, moist tender meat was better than my ribs!
I was privileged to visit with the owner and entertained by his history of Tubac! What a great guy - long live Tubac Jack’s! I’ll be back!

Hello, This place is Fabulous! Julie is the Best!
Only suggestion is, if your a senior and or have bad hips or knees don't use the restrooms. The toilets are very low and there is no Grab Bar! My friend could barley get off the pot! Being a senior living community mostly that is a very important issue. Hopefully management will see this and put grab bars in for the customers needing them.

Beautiful inside! Comfy patio. Smoking only outside. The meals were great. I lived the burger, asked for medium and was cooked perfect. Pork burrito, a little dry. Needs more juices. Chicken quesadilla, full of flavor, shrimp tacos come on corn tortilla

Great food, excellent service. Suzanne was our server for lunch and she was amazing. Very attentive, made us feel welcome and great sense of humor. She always came around at the exact right moments, took very good care of us. Food was great, good portions, no complaints. Some of the best food at our table was:
Burrito-STUFFED with flavorful pork, delicious battered shrimp tacos, big chicken quesadilla, and the ribs were so good! Bbq sauce was delicious. And the fries… reminded me of Rally’s fries, everyone LOVED them. Heavy pour on the wine. We had a great time here. The chef even came to check on us; very nice. We would definitely eat here again.

It was our first time at Tubac Jack's and it won't be our last visit! Hailee took great care of us in the bar area and her service was prompt and perfect. Tubac's has a very rustic feeling and it's wonderful! There's just something very comfortable about the ambiance of the rooms and the decor. We had a few cold beers and some of the nachos and a pulled pork sandwich and that couldn't have been better! I knew that we'll be back here again down the road!!! :)

Cool vibe, had a band playing. Got the nachos and was a huge plate, definitely too much for 1, glad the waitress recommended its better to share!

Even though they were very short staffed and taking some time to get served and being completely packed with customers & customers waiting it was a nice place & having 2 servers & the owner run the the whole place they never once turned anyone away an explained the situation an customers were willing to wait how ever long it took😍😍😋☺

This place was easy to find in the middle of Tubac. We showed up hungry and with a wheelchair, and got a seat right away outside. The food was delicious, quick, and a heaping plate! I had a beer on draft, and the prickly pear tea was just as good! I highly recommend this fun saloon to the whole family.

FUN, FUN FUN!!! Went with a large group to celebrate a birthday. Great food and service. They don't do separate checks. Prices reasonable.

We had the delicious Southwest Salad with Grilled Chicken Breast. The large fried tortilla was chocked full of delicious grilled chicken, black beans, corn, tomatoes, cheese and fresh ,crisp lettuce. Yummy!

I love Ved their Chicken wings we played our DJ There VALERIA'S ENTERTAINMENT AND KARAOKE with the chambers of commerce and we loved the place the food from the menu was Great

This place has really turned it around.
Used to be my go-to almost 20 years ago.
Bacon wrapped shrimp, baseball filet mignon, amazing shrimp penne.... then the menu changed and for a long while it seemed like was going to hell.

This latest reboot finds me reinterested and the latest rotation of staff is very good so far. The ribs are amazing as always, the nachos are delicious get the pulled pork.

Keep it up! This place is my new go-to now that stables bar doesn't serve nachos anymore!

Had lunch on Good Friday a green chili pork burrito which tasted very good with no fat. It’s very large so took back to my RV half of it for a later consumption. The entertainment was also very good with a friendly guitar/harmonica/singer out on the dog friendly patio

Food is always good! Ribs are excellent! Service is spot on!

I've been a patron of this restaurant for 40 years. The last 10 or so that the current owner has had it they have taken it to its highest level & still maintained the theme of the original owner The staff is the best in town. The food is always excellent and for someone completely unimportant in town, I always have the best experience. Delicious food, good prices, a fun time.

Great new chef! Food is great, service is awesome and atmosphere is amazing. They even have live music on the weekends!
