Shelby's Bistro

If you take a road trip from Phoenix past Tucson to Tubac, you MUST visit this place for the MOST AMAZING FOOD and super efficient and friendly service. A great little Cafe with a great patio that has spectacular views of the ginormous Santa Rita mountains of Green Valley. I've been coming here for years and not much ever changes - which is a good thing. EAT HERE!

Loved this quaint little bistro! The service was outstanding. Everyone was super friendly.
The food was extremely fresh and delicious! The menu was accommodating to vegan, vegetarian, and anything in between!
They even had wonderful live music!!!

Ever time we come to Tubac, we end up here. From the great food and beverages to the overall ambience and fun. We've never had something from the menu that failed to impress. Highly recommend the salads, pizza or sandwiches. The burgers are great too. One of the gems here is definitely the wraps. Try them all!

I’ve been to Shelby’s Bistro about six or seven times and I’ve always had an amazing experience. The food is delicious, the service is great, and the restaurant is nestled nicely in a scenic area of Tubac. Both the wine and food menu have a limited selection, but it’s perfectly curated with a variety of dishes. I’m yet to try every combination. Shelby’s Bistro is a must visit location if you’re ever in town!

After attending an art walk, me and my Grammy came here and they were packed! I didn't see a single staff member who wasn't running around. I was particularly impressed with the hostesses who would bus tables on the spot for guests waiting to be seated all while holding armfuls of dirty dishes. Excellent service, staff, and food.

Very relaxing and delicious place to dine. The full bar helped as well. haha The staff was attentive and the food was very good in both the taste and heating departments. I ordered the Orginal Pina Colada and the Sonoran Chicken Sandwhich w/ Sweet Potato Fries, highly recommend.

My family and I came here for lunch, not sure what to expect honestly. But let tell you what, we were pleasantly surprised at the service which was great, and even more surprised at how great the food was! This was a great spot to sit down, have meal, and continue exploring the rest of Tubac.

Stopped by this lovely spot! Best mushroom Swiss burger; staff most thorough and kind and music was most entertaining!

Me and my husband had lunch there today the food was great! Our server Christina was so great we will definitely be going back, she made our experience a great one ! Thumbs up 👍!!!!!

We had a wonderful lunch at Shelby’s last weekend. They had a great selection of salads and burgers as well as a kid’s menu both my daughters enjoyed. Many sides to choose from - sweet potato fries, coleslaw, side salad, soup, etc. Their patio is spacious with a beautiful view and we received fast, friendly service. Plan on shopping before or after for a great day in the desert.

This is a fun place to eat. You can eat outside or inside. The server are super and the food is excellent. You get a lot of,food for the money you spend.👍👍👍‼😎

Good food, good tunes, great location! The salad was good, the traditional pizza was good enough to not leave the uneaten pieces. We boxed and took home. They had a singer who played an amplified acoustic guitar. Made for a nice atmosphere where you didn't want to eat and run, sit back sing along and enjoy. Jimmy Buffet, John Denver, Glenn Campbell...Great range of nice songs he knew by heart. Nice surprise for a Tuesday afternoon! That made us stay longer and order dessert!

Highly recommend! We had Tequila Chicken Wrap, and wine country salad w portobello (no alcohol in either) really delicious.

The food is so unique and delicious, the staff was super friendly, and there enough if we needed something, but didn't interrupt our dinner either. Will definitely be coming back

Best pizza I’ve ever eaten. Curry chicken sandwich on the fluffiest naan bread ever. Went off my keto diet just to enjoy all. The. Food. Four scoops of ice cream for dessert. You have to make a special trip to eat here!!

The burgers are amazing. But this time I had the Roman pizza. It too was amazing! Too many flies while sitting outside was the only problem

The best Pizza I have ever had and very thin crust. We checked out the dinner menu and will be back. Many unique recipes on both lunch & dinner menus.

The portobello sandwich was excellent as was the coleslaw. Service was good too!
