Great customer service. Took care of all my returns/shipping needs.

I visit this store often for my returns they have good customer service & helpful when I need it even when the lines are long during the holidays.

Been here twice recently to return Amazon products since my local access point doesn't know how to print labels from QR codes. ??? Been quick and easy, just walk in, show them the barcode, give them the item, and done.

The staff here are quite helpful. They provide you with the services you need but the printing prices are too high.

I came across this morning to see local driver on the fed ex truck flicking people off at the bugerking intersection at approximately 10:28 today what a great town we live in ...every time I go into the business sorry attitude people in there as well.

if i could give zero i would. three young girls working at the front, had to of been fresh in college, around my age group.
i packaged my own items, wrote both addresses on the box, so all she had to do was print the label & have me pay.
soon as i walked up to the front she obviously had the face of “i hate my life”
one of the girls was helping an elderly lady as i was packaging my things & just the rudest person in the world. i wanted to cry for the lady.
as the lady walked out the three young girls made such horrible fun of her because she “asked too many questions.”
the girl helping me got both addresses completely wrong, that i had written clearly on the box already, obviously corrected her and told her that’s not the correct address, she rolled her eyes and said if i didn’t swirl every letter she could read it better. only letter swirled was an S…overall just rude teenage girls working at the wrong place. beyond horrible costumer service. i don’t know how they haven’t been fired yet. if u don’t want ur nerves to be tested id suggest to not come to this location, and whatever u do, do not let your grandparents come here either. never seen such ignorance towards a dear old elderly woman.

Every time I go, Madison seems to be working and it makes me want to not even go in. Young and obviously hates her job. She needs to work on customer service skills and drop the attitude and rudeness..

Customer service is bad there!!!! Joy who works there was so rude.....seems as if she was intoxicated. The daughter of the owner who was there was rude and she not even a employeee!!!! Bad reputation on behalf of UPS!!! I dont care if I have to travel further, I will NOT visit this store again!!!!

Bad attitudes face all ugly dont say nothing when you walk in door worst ups store act like they dont know how to send a package
