The staff was very friendly and helped us greatly with our passport process! I can’t speak on delivery of mail since I’m not a resident of emporia, but the staff and service there was great! Thanks for all your help today !

Does anyone know if this location can fit a 26ft truck on their dock for Amazon delivery? I'm double checking before I decide to do this route. I can't use my liftgate.

The access to here is terrible if you have a handicap

The staff is friendly but in need of training due to the lack of knowledge of more than getting money orders or just shipping packages.

The mail is also late in this area

Of all things to loose in mail a person's w2 form, totally un called for, this is out of control someone has to step in, might be time to go to the news channel on your side and file a complaint at this point I HAVE HADE IT

Unfortunately I have to joins the over 20min star review on here due to me never receiving my mail to the point I have to have the post office hold my mail to drive and come pick it up because they never deliver my mail .
I am currently waiting to hear back from corporate as I have reported them for not delivering my drivers license and bank card this has gotten out of control

Only reason I’m leaving 1 star is because it would let me leave 0 stars! They are the most lazy people I have ever met. The lady doesn’t like getting out of the truck to deliver packages. They always have an excuse like the porch wasn’t accessible or the mailbox was full when the box clearly couldn’t fit in the mailbox in the first place. Why have a contract with Amazon when they “cant” fit most boxes in their vehicle…. There’s only one lady that actually tries she drives the jeep Other than her you better run out there the first times the lady honks or she will leave with out delivering anything.

They hold my mail and only deliver once or twice a week, including my Amazon deliveries... for which I'm paying a prime exclusive. I'm used to getting my mail daily. Will they pay the late fee for the bills my debtor's don't receive? If I could they would not even get one starr..

I am very disappointed in the services of this post office. I understand things happen and things change, however it does not take almost 2 weeks to receive a utility bill in the city where you reside. If you are not going to have the regular post carrier to deliver then find an alternate person, and if you do not have one then the supervisor or whomever should assist. They need to do better.....You dont want to have an upset customer call then do better! It also should allow you to give a 0! They do not deserve a one star!

THE ONLY REASON I SAY I GOVE THEM A 1 STAR IS BECAUSE 0 IS NOT AVAIBALE. NOW DONT GET ME WRONG I DONT THINK IT IS THE CARRIERS BC THEY CAN ONLY CARRY WHAT IS LOADED, SO ITS THE INSIDE OF THE POST OFFICE. I HAVE NOT GOTTON MAIL AND NO ONE SEEMS TO CARE, CAN NEVER GETS ANYONE OVER THE PHONE AND SUBMIT REQUEST FOR CALL BACKS AND YOU DO NOT GET THAT EITHER. IF YOU GO THERE THEY SAY THEY CAN NOT PASS MAIL OVER THE COUNTER WHICH IS CRAZY BECAUSE IF YOU HAVE MY MAIL AND I HAVE MY ID GIVE ME MY MAIL. ALSO WHEN I DO GET MAIL ITS ALWAYS JUNK MAIL. NO MONTHLY BILLS HAVE CAME IN SO LONG. PLEASE GET A NEW POSTMASTER THAT WILL GET OUR MAIL OUT ON TIME AND THAT CARES

The only reason I give them one star is because I can’t give them zero! They never deliver packages, there is always an excuse! And whoever drives the van drives so fast and careless! If I could avoid usps all together I would!!

The postmistress refused to deliver two packages and returned them to Amazon. Could only get at the reduced price one time and to reorder would have cost me $1770.00 more.

Not only do they not pickup packages that I schedule for pickup online at USPS, it also seems that no one in the office knows what's going on. I called to ask some specific questions about package sizes and all I could get out of the rude man on the line was "I don't know" and "I guess."
