The Ritz-Carlton, Amelia Island

Beautiful hotel with great amenities. We were here over the weekend for the car show which was a complete disappointment. The show is nothing like it used to be unfortunately. While the hotel is nice we won’t be returning to future shows here on the island. A good thing was definitely ruined.

My wife and I booked a room at the Ritz Carlton Amelia Island to spend New Year's Eve and attend the Black and White Gala. We have been going to this particular Ritz Carlton for the better part of 22 years. This was our first visit since before COVID. The hotel is totally renovated and reinvigorated. The standard and quality of service expected has surpassed anything in the past. The room was beautiful and the events were amazing. We definitely got our money's worth out of our visit. The customer service was impeccable. The food was what you expect of a five star hotel. Thank you for a great New Year's Eve Ritz Carlton.

You pay for what you get! Excellent service! All the staff were wonderful, especially Front Desk Receptionist “Deandra”who went over and above the call of Duty), Excellent accommodations (the housekeepers were all top-notch and paid attention to every detail, especially Lydia), Excellent Cuisine (all our meals were a culinary delight) and Brilliant surroundings inside and outside. The Ritz-Carlton, Amelia Island, is a beautifully well oiled machine. Come and be blessed with perfection❤

The Ritz always puts the ⭐’s on top shelf. Inviting and engaging environment, thoughtful Interior Design, champagne toast at check in. Lovely location on the ocean in Amelia Island FL.

The lobby area and bar are beautiful. Chic and well designed. Staff were incredibly attentive. We sat for a few minutes in a chair and had someone came over to us asking if we needed anything. We said we were going to the bar and they immediately got us a menu.
At the bar we ordered food and drinks.
Service-5 stars. Drinks were reasonably priced and strong. Bartender definitely knew how to make drinks!
Food -5 stars. We ordered sushi. It was super fresh.
Definitely worth the money and we will revisit on our next visit.

We recently celebrated our baby moon here and had an absolute amazing time. Our room was amazing, the staff was very friendly and the food was excellent. Steven helped us get into our room which was very nice and Anthony our waiter at SALT was top class. We will definitely be coming back. The golf course is also very nice.

One of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. Amazing property. Had a room on the club level and it was definitely worth it.

Me and my family attended a weekend conference here. It was like a home away from home. Friendly and great staff. Great atmosphere. Wonderful stay. Will definitely come back here again for another stay.

We were very pleased with the room & service. It’s a beautiful location & the staff is well trained. We’ve been here multiple times and thoroughly enjoy this property.
I’m an elite member & was disappointed, however, that we were not able to stay past 1:00. We had booked a late afternoon flight and it would have been nice to stay later. I understand the Bonvoy perks don’t “guarantee” this benefit, but typically other Ritz & Marriott properties have been willing/able to accommodate.
Overall our stay was once again an A+, but wish we could have stayed longer.

The Ritz is an amazing establishment! The rooms are spacious and comfy. The waiting staff are professional and friendly! I want to thank the Ritz for hosting The Blue Angels Foundation. Their willingness to host such an event for veterans and active service members is honorable. This has been my most memorable stay to date.

Be sure to check out the golf course, which is second to none in this area. Attached is a photo of the irons I was able to rent from the clubhouse. Thank you to the staff for the experience !

Out of Ritz Carlton’s this place is a favorite of ours. From the multiple restaurants to the many family activities the hotel provides. True once Ritz Carlton standards the staff is amazing. We pick the Ritz at Amelia Island every time we are in the area. You will not be disappointed.

I love this property. The staff are incredible. When checking in, they literally handed us glasses of champagne and another full bottle of champagne to take up stairs for free.

Beautiful resort, this place is super kids friendly and great relaxing resort for a family. They have both indoor and outdoor pool/hot tub. There is a golf course on the property as well. You can also enjoy the beach where they provide toys for the kids to play with. Personal favorite is their sushi restaurant which is in the lobby opens at night. Lots of things to do as a family and they always have a lot of activities. Their coffee shop has sandwiches, bagels and other snacks for munch on. Rooms are updated and they provide turn down service as well.

Had a wonderful stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable with a wonderful corner sitting area to spread out and work.

What an amazing team of people who work here! From valet, check in, housekeeping, restaurant staff, staff at the stores-they’re all wonderful! We were visiting again to meet up with family and enjoy the extraordinary food at Salt. Thank you to everyone!

Very nice hotel overall. I would say that they are a little heavy on the common area scent they had on throughout our stay but the hotel itself and the service were phenomenal. Staff was always very helpful and friendly. The location was great, amazing sunrises on the beach. Good in the restaurants was good, not amazing but for food you get at a resort, it was passable. You are a short ride from downtown historic Fernandina Beach we’re there is also some great food choices.

My recent weekend stay here has been amazing. I never thought I would have the opportunity to stay at the Ritz and I don't think I will ever have another amazing experience like this. The entire staff is incredibly accomodating. I wanted to specifically thank Amelia and Chandler for being so kind and offering great service at the bonfire. They handled the chaos of the students, residents, and children with ease. I also would like to also thank Gracye from the front desk who spent the time helping me with my stay and helping me connect to the wifi since I couldn't keep the connection all weekend. I hope I will have the pleasure to stay here again some time soon.

Incredible hotel and a beautiful location for everything from a gorgeous seaside wedding day to a relaxing weekend getaway. The staff is so kind and attentive, and the location is serene and full of natural beauty. Highly recommend!

Great place for a corporate incentive trip. Nicely furnished rooms. Ocean view from half the rooms and golf course views from the other rooms. Beautiful property. The beach is just steps away and is accessed via a wooden bridge at the back of the hotel. Every employee goes out of their way to help-even if their job title doesn't correspond to the needs/wants of the guest. If they can't fulfill your request, they will reach out to someone who can.

I can't say enough good things about this resort. After arriving for a business conference as Hurricane Idalia approached Tampa when my family lived, the ladies and gentlemen of the Ritz were the kindest and most hospitable people on the planet in that moment. Not only did they immediately move me to a bigger room that could accommodate the extra arrival of two kids, 2 dogs and my husband, but extended our current rate as long as we needed. Big thank you to Leticia at the front desk for all her kindness. Very pet friendly and kid friendly resort, gorgeous sun rise views (If you are an early riser)! We will definitely be back.
