My mother and I had so much fun exploring this lighthouse and museum! It truly is a historical beauty. Take the time to read the plaques and watch the videos. Make sure to wear sensible shoes. There are little landings to take a breather if needed.

I do have bragging rights on climbing it in wedges since it was a spur of the moment stop. It’s worth the money.

You can also buy a brick for $200 if you ask for the form. The coolest part was seeing where the scientists actually work for conserving their archeological finds on the property.

This was one of my favorite stops on our vacation! There is a lot to see besides the lighthouse. We did climb to the top, although it was very windy so we didn't stay up there long. The museum displays were interesting and not just about the lighthouse but about ships and artifacts restoration. There were some fun activities for kids to do like small rowboats.

Beautiful view of the river and beach, definitely a must stop spot for tourist attractions. Very friendly staff and gives a historical learning experience along with physical artifacts that date back to the 1800's.

Super nice. You can tour as much as you want. The grounds and nice gift shop are free to enter. There is a fee for entering the lighthouse. You can tour it and climb to the top! There are various historical displays inside the gift shop.

Super nice. You can climb the tower and explore the grounds. It wasn't too crowded and prices were reasonable. One of my favorite lighthouses I've climbed, definitely worth a trip if you're in the area
