Made reservations about a month ago online and was super easy. Got to the ranger station last night and they were super friendly. Clean remote spots with water and electric. Well shaded. Really enjoyed it

5+ stars to these folk at this station.
Every single person I spoke to was understanding and patient with our complicated mess of two separate last minute reservations. They helped us out and didn’t have any attitude adjusting our stay to help us.

I wish I could remember his name but the heavier fella with grayish hair is phenomenal and should be promoted or something. He’s got patience and A+ customer service skills.

Do not change what you all do, the customer service is great.

We had planned to go camping but our plans got changed, the rangers were nice and supportive refunded the rest of our days that we had scheduled. We really hated to cancel but had no choice.

See my post about the park! This is a magnificent gym of the State Parks! It has wonders of Florida up close and it is extremely enjoyable. Have fun!

This is the ranger station for Anastasia State Park. Very helpful and friendly staff. The campground is spectacular! Showers are hot and bathrooms are clean!

It was bright, open, airy and had space between exhibits and merchandise to easily walk around.
