Best processing plant around. The meats are fabulous. The jerky is the best I've ever had.

An hour before closing and they refused to use the slicer because they "didn't want to clean it again". I could understand if it was 5 min to closing, but an hour? This has always been the go to place for meat, but I'll be rethinking that choice in the future.
