We could not have asked for a better realtor than Cassie! I cannot overstate how phenomenal Cassie Harris was in helping me both sell my home and purchase a new one. She helped me determine the best price point when selling my home and it sold in FOUR DAYS.

She was also incredibly patient with me and my pickiness when looking for a new home and happily went with me to look at at least 15 homes, some multiple times. When the seller of the home I bought didn't do and refused to do work we contracted for them to fix 4 days before closing, Cassie went back and forth with the seller's agent trying to negotiate a resolution for hours over the next 3 days. She ended up getting them to agree to our proposed resolution AND we were still able to close on time.
