Favorite fast food restaurant everrr. Always hot, or cold, freshly made, and staff are kind. Line moves quickly, staff are effective and efficient, and prices are reasonable.

This Dairy Queen always stays busy. However, the staff are always friendly and the food is always fresh. Service is always quick and orders are always correct. They have great burgers, chicken tenders, and of course ice cream. Staff are always willing to make your food to order, and go over the top to make sure things are correct. The atmosphere can seem a little rushed at times and the long lines can be slightly frustrating, but you can't get but so upset when everybody else just wants a good meal too.

Always hot and fresh. Best burger in town. Huge selection of ice cream options!

I had a large complicated order for 9 people. From the moment the manager answered the phone until the moment they assisted me in getting everything in my car, I experienced 5 star customer service. I was asked intelligent questions to make sure my order was not only correct but made in a way that it was fresh and hot when picked up. They even wrote the orders on the bags so I wouldn’t have to sort through them. Outstanding food, perfect order, fantastic service. Great job DQ of Alma!!

We stopped in for ice cream and the young ladies that were working the front were nice, courteous, and when the one had a question someone was quick to help and made our visit very welcoming.

Best Dairy Queen I have EVER been to. The staff is nice, but more than anything, I have never had a better blizzard. They add a ton of topping, and you can tell they want you to enjoy it, not just save money. We were here for the week and came back 6 times just for the blizzards. Incredible.

A coworker and I eat here once a month and order the same thing every time. Chicken strips with these little cheese drop fried things and they are out of this world delicious. Although the place is usually packed around noon there is not much of a wait and they will bring your food right to your table. Friendly staff and just all around a good place to grab a bite. The military memorial is an eye shot away so if you visit this place walk over and check out the wall and the helicopter IT IS AWESOME

We ordered our blizzards at drive thru on our bikes. We were instructed to come away from the line of cars to a place of safety at the side of drive-in window and a salesperson came outside to us to take our money, bring us spoons, napkins and our change, and our blizzards. All while being very cheerful and helpful. We appreciate the thoughtfulness.

The girl that made my shake, did not make it right and she knows better. But other than that, every one else did just fine.

I have frequented this fine Dairy Queen for over 5 years. The blizzards pass the The upside-down test easily. The strawberry smoothies are still the best I can find, Everytime I am delighted to find real strawberries in my shake.

The only downside is, when I visit other Dairy Queens I find myself disappointed.

Great food! As well a very hospitable staff, atmosphere and great with all the amenities. You also get your meal the way you ordered it the first time. With a very short wait time. AS OF 07/06/17 THEY RATED A 98 IN CLEENLENESS!!!
