Well organized aisles with excellent selection and pricing. Lumber is top notch and the staff are incredible. Very confident for when you need some building supplies and don't want to travel over an hour. They have mostly anything someone might need for common projects.

I started using Townsend on the recommendation of a friend, after I moved to Chipley in 2018. Can't say enough good things about their knowledge, selection and customer service. They sell Valspar paint, which has been superb (and typically covers in one coat). Immediately after Hurricane Michael, they made it a point to open their doors even though the power was off, so that folks could get building supplies.

The sales folks are highly knowledgeable, and their guys in the warehouse are very easy to work with. The fact that they're in Chipley and close to my house sure makes things easy! By far one of my favorite suppliers.

Excellent service, staff and delivery driver Terry Williams are super friendly and knowledgeable, store is clean, organized and well stocked. I love this place.
