I called and spoke to James to see if they could beat my local dealer. At first, they only had them beat by a small amount, but his next try was $2000 better, so it was an easy decision to make the drive. James couldn’t have made it any easier. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and laid back.

I got up there and they were right there waiting for me. TJ showed me the RV for orientation and was excellent. Next up service had a few items to do, and they were extremely responsive to anything that I asked for or needed. Their work was meticulous, specifically Tony when he wired in a SoftstartRV. While the work was being performed, the service techs washing RVs were friendly, and even offered my mother some cold water without being asked. We were both impressed with the level of customer service across the board.

I drove back and discovered a few issues when I got home. James, Andy, and Tony made themselves immediately available to help and we had the problems knocked out over the phone. I reached out to the GM and he reimbursed me for the issues and apologized. This is a top-notch place!

I drove a 600 mile round trip and would definitely do business with them again!

I could not be happier with my experience working with this amazing team! Just bought a 39ft fifth wheel and the entire process was night and day difference than other larger rv companies we have purchased from previously. Zach and Keith helped us get the price we wanted and TJ and Rep showed us everything we needed to know on the new fifth wheel and made sure we felt comfortable before we left. I had to get a fifth wheel connection installed on my truck and they went as far as to loan me one of their personal vehicles so my family and I could go grab lunch while the installation was being finished. The unit is beautiful and we could not be happier with our purchase. If you are looking for very honest and transparent people to work with to purchase your next RV, I would highly recommend this team!

While buying my camper was a good experience with the staff my decision to buy the camper we did buy was a disaster! We didn't realize how little room it has. I can't fit into the shower which is very small. No storage for towels, washcloths, clothing or dirty clothes ect. I just wish we would have put more thought into our decision. In our 70's and probably don't have any more chances to get it right. So goes life!

We purchased a Reflection 324 MBS from salesman Zach Roberson. This is our second camper purchase from A&L RV. Their pricing & customer service is well worth the drive!!! Zach was responsive, answered all our questions and made us an Awesome deal. Once we arrived TJ gave us a very thorough walk through of the camper and all its features. Prior to our final departure they continued to be available to answer our questions and concerns. Purchased our 5th wheel from A&L RV in TN - not a great experience. But we have been bringing the RV to the Lake Park location for service and this team has been fantastic! Very friendly, accommodating and quick service!

I would like to say that my purchase went really smooth thanks to Barry. He is not a pushy salesman and A&L RV is where I would recommend anyone wanting to purchase a camper. Also their accessories are priced really good as well. Most of their items in the shop were priced cheaper than online.

Excellent experience from start to finish. Zach Roberson made the purchase very easy. He went out of the way to answer my newbie questions and promptly responded to all texts. I had trouble getting delivery of my truck and A&L was very accommodating and held the 5th wheel on their lot for me. We had a stuck bathroom door and stopped by the next day and the service department fixed it while we waited. Great service. Not a big chain dealer, these folks care for their customers.

We purchased a 2024 Imagine 2670MK from the Lake Park location. Our sales person was Kevin, Keith the Finance Manager and TJ, did the walk through. We dealt with Kevin and Keith via phone and after a few negotiations, we made the deal. We drove from Pensacola FL and our unit was ready for walk thru at our appointed time. I can't say enough about this dealership. The process was seamless from initial paperwork to final purchase. TJ did an outstanding walk thru, somethings we knew but other items were new to us. This is a family owned business and they will work with customers to make them happy. Give them a call and check the website.

Great dealership, no high pressure sales, they were awesome to work with. TJ was great and very patient with us during the walk through. They completed all of the modifications we requested on time. Would definitely purchase from them again and would recommend to friends and family.

We contacted A & L for the TT we wanted. Dealing with James was effective and he provided information beyond what was expected. Consumating the deal was without any glitches. A & L was proficient, and easy to work with.

We purchased a Momentum 399th-r from salesman Tim. He was responsive, answered all our questions and gave us a very fair deal. All inspection items were taken care of before we got there. Once we arrived TJ was patient with us newbies and gave us a comprehensive orientation to the RV. Rip and Dallas went above and beyond. They even to our camp site to fix a hot water heater issue that was not caught from our inspector. Prior to our final departure they continued to be available to answer our questions and concerns. I would highly recommend this dealership due to the superb customer service!

I can't say enough good things about EVERY person I got to work with at A &L RV Sales. Zach was so prompt and communicated so clearly that it made buying my first travel trailer so easy, I knew everything up front and had no surprises, and he was so kind and personable. Keith got me a great loan rate in this current economic client and similar to Zach was very upfront with me and I felt confident working with him. TJ made sure we had everything we needed so we could actually camp the day we picked up the travel trailer. He was so patient and took his time showing me everything about the trailer. Everyone was so kind, and authentic. I highly recommend, I know I'll be coming back when it's time to trade up or add to the fleet.

Wonderful experience buying my first travel trailer from A&L. Zach was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions during the showing. Keith gave me a thorough understanding of my financial options, and Rep was extremely patient and knowledgeable during my walkthrough. Overall, excellent experience. After a dissapointing experience with a high volume RV dealership in Fort Myers, we found the exact RV we wanted for a better price at A&L RV Sales, Lake Park.
All the staff went above and beyond to show us how a proper RV dealership should be. I was unsure about the logistics of buying a unit so far away from our home but they took care of everything right from picking us up at the car rental return facility to making sure we knew everything about our RV before heading off.
They also have a very well stocked store where we were able to get the accessories we needed for our trip.

The customer service provided by A&L was the best I have experienced in quite some time. At a Florida dealership (General RV), we were given a walkthrough of a 5th wheel that was brand new but had issues, so we walked out. It was after making a few phone calls that we discovered A&L which is located in Lake Park, GA - approximately two hours away from the Ocala location - so we inquired as to whether they had a particular vehicle we were looking for. As a matter of fact, they did; it had arrived on their lot 30 minutes prior to the time of our call.

Because Brinkleys are extremely popular, we did not want to miss this opportunity, so we began discussing our options immediately. Zachary Roberson, our sales associate, was able to not only beat General RV's price, but also coordinate for additional accessories to be added within a very short period. Upon completion of the slide toppers and other additions, we were on the road within a week following our purchase. This is by far the best experience we have had purchasing any type of vehicle and would recommend anyone searching for a recreational vehicle to look here first.

We purchased our 2023 Grand Design Aim15RB from A&L RV Sales Lake Park. Zach Roberson was our salesman. We took delivery on May 15th. And our experience could not have been better - start to finish!! Zach is knowledgeable, responsive, extremely helpful and conscientious. TJ gave us a great walk-thru and Rip and his crew got us set up with our WDH, back up camera and tpms install. We bought our very first camper last year through A&L. The experience from the beginning was great. We ended up having some technical issues with our camper. We again called on A&L and their service dept was a tremendous help and found a solution to our issue. We Can’t recommend A&L in lake park, ga enough!

From looking online to pulling up at the location to pulling in with our trade in to pulling out with our new camper they made everything a smooth transaction.. The sales man Zack did a amazing job and went above and beyond as I had requested for a few extra items to be added that all that could be done by the time for pick up date.. TJ did a very good showing on walking us threw the whole camper showing us top to bottom information.. He has very educational and answered all our questions.. Keith made paperwork a fast process and nothing to stress about as your last camper purchase paperwork did not go well at another camping company.. Sorry we can’t remember your name but the maintenance man went out of his way and made our additional items added on to be perfect.. He also is top notch and also made double sure everything was the way we wanted it.. To the nice guy that helped show us about our new sway bar and made sure safety was 1st about it we thank you.. It was a very hot day but these guys worked together to made today for pick up date was a great experience.. Totally a 5 star review.. Would definitely recommend you all to anyone.. Looking forward to business again one day in the future if needed.. Happy customers equals happy camping memories to be made in our new camper.. Again thank you all.. Job well done..
