I had never heard of Horizon RV Center until I was recommended to go across the highway and see them to find an RV I was looking for! Everyone that was working there was very helpful and very nice 😊 🙏 There are a lot of very good RV’s available for a very good purchase! My husband and I stopped in for help with our brand new Forest River Rockwood, purchased in NY State. I was looking for a Rockwood dealer to help us while we’re traveling South on the road. It was a mistake; I had gone to the wrong dealership in error. It is a camper manufacturer line they don’t represent.

They treated us as if we had purchased our trailer from them! Every person was warm and friendly. Jason, a technician walked my husband through our every concern.

We were extremely grateful and impressed by the true professionalism demonstrated.

Just bought a new camper from them and the buying experience was pretty good. Very low pressure sales people and the entire process was smooth and timely. The set up guys who did my camper walk thru with me were very informative and helpful. Brad will try very hard to sell you a 7 year warranty but he is nice about it. Horizon is NOT Camping world and I highly recommend them.

We bought our RV back in March 2019. Our salesman, Kevin, was amazing and helped us pick out our RV. He wasn’t pushy in the slightest and allowed us to even view a few on our own. But when we had questions and needed more information, he was right there to answer.

Plus, they got us completely set up to where we spend the night across the street for our first “RV experience.” That way they were right across the street and available to come and help if we had any issues. Highly recommend them.

AND they were able to practically match another dealer’s selling price.

And Kevin, if you’re reading this, we have been all across the country (from FL to WA) and we have loved our RV every step of the way. Thank you!

They both were patient with me until I decided to sign the dotted line. I did not feel rushed or pushed in to the family purchase. They worked with me and made the purchase easy and painless. Our awning spring broke as we were passing thru town. They got us part very next day and were super friendly in helping us by explaining how to do it.

Staff was very helpful, and made my first camper buying experience very easy and stress-free. Kevin Thomas is an excellent salesman, and put me in a camper that is perfect for my needs. Brad was a delight to work with and explained everything to my understanding. Will recommend to anyone and everyone.

In the process of using this place for the first time... We have a leak on the camper. Everyone was friendly. They talked with us about the issue and our options. They even suggested checking with another place to see if they could get to the camper sooner.
They acknowledged all 3 of us: me, my wife, and our 4 year old grandson.

We worked out a plan to bring the camper in 7 days later so we could take the grandson to Wild Adventures. They remembered me. We did the drop off and left. Left the cold bag on the camper. We realized it an hour later after eating lunch. Went back and they drove me in a golf cart to the camper. I got the cold bag and the drove me back to my truck.

Based on the personal service, I am hopeful that the work on the camper will be excellent.

Our experience was smooth and professional. All team members we interfaced with were very knowledgeable and helpful. From Darron to Brad to the entire tech/service team, it was truly a pleasure. Service was timely and they were more than willing to help us out in finding our fifth wheel as well as getting us set up.
