Very quiet. Manager’s are nice and care about the park.

This is a very nice place and very well maintained. A very nice place for kids read the signs as you enter the park those signs are there for the safety of all who live there. I'm sure that's why some people want to give a bad rating they must not like the rules but it says no drugs and they do enforce their rules everyone is giving a contract to read and sign upon moving in so all rules apply to all if not followed then it's the managers job to take the step he needs to to make sure the business is run in a safe and proper manner. If you want a true rating talk to some of the many people that has lived in the park for many many years not just the ones that fly by night. Have a nice day everyone!

Maplewood is very well managed and operated. The rent is comparative and i actually miss the trailer we rented there. We unfortunately had to move because when our third person on the lease went to jail i couldn't make rent by myself so we was evicted. Even through the embarrassing and stressful time then Manager John Carmen went above and beyond to make it less stressful. I have nothing but good things to say about Maplewood and its management team.
