Used to come here years ago when it was under different ownership, and nothing’s changed. Still a great gym with plenty of stuff for everyone, ranging from free weights, to cable stack pulley machines, cardio equipment, and a large fitness room for exercise classes. Big thumbs up!

Absolutely loved the gym. Typically it's almost empty if not maybe just a couple people. Gym is also always clean and has water in the back and a phone charging station plus a kids room ! Anddd best of all pretty cheap compared to others so highly recommend !

First time in the area from up north, really nice gym. Spoke w/the owner and purchased a day pass, top notch equipment and a clean facility. I’ll definitely be back again.

Great place for my wife and I to workout at they have lots of equipment and free weights and great classes with Pam

A nice dark place with good music and just what I need to a workout in whenever I need to.

Love it! So glad i went back. Low key atmosphere. No pressure. And great machines. Got a years membership and feel really great about my decision.

Tried calling several times and get no answer. Drove up there the other day and the door was locked. Kind of funny since it's posted that they're open 24/7.

The location and Pam are only thing that makes this gym worth going to.
