Aj Johnson is one of the best there! Such a people person and helpful to everyone! He's the branch manager and licensed to sell life insurance and anuities, can open accounts, do home equity loans, help with debt consolidation, and other financial services! He protects the elders from being taken advantage of and helps minorities and small businesses learn more about gaining resources.

Laura Moore could not have been more helpful and pleasant! Rich or poor every bank customer wants a positive, personal relationship with their banker!

I appreciate the tellers and the top banker running the bank, very professional and very eager to help with a problem.👍🏽♥

I've known some staff at the local location for years. They are consistently helpful. But Regions as a bank is stonefaced and antiquated in policies, fees, product offerings and service. For example, their ATM machine just shredded a friend's card on purpose and thus friend has never warranted concern or suspicion in their banking. Likewise, Regions outrageous overdraft fees are so 1980s.

If I could put 0 I would. At first I really enjoyed doing business with this bank. But for some reason it is an employer there that has an issue with me. I don’t care and he should have asked around. Yesterday he tried to beat out of 300.00 and pretended like he didn’t know. I just want to say that you know who you are and that your day is coming and I hope that you enjoyed that 50.00 that you claim that you did not where it came from. Oh by the way his name is Mrs./ Mr. Jeremy. You tried it sir. And I said what I said.

Been here over a hour waiting to open account. The person they told me I needed to speak with to open account greeted me then went to the back and hasn't returned. Seems it's a waste of time to trust this bank with my hard earned money.

The manager up there doesn’t know how to do her job, and is very unprofessional! Very rude! Will be closing my account VERY soon!!

Poorly ran. Never open. Closes down to the slightest inconvenience to them. Very unprofessional!
