I worked with Kelly and he was super helpful and informative. He listened to the specifications I wanted for the most part but was also able to make suggestions for things I hadn't even thought of. While I ended up getting a car elsewhere due to the fact that it was closer to home (I'm in Minnesota), it took a lot for me to walk away from such good guest service. Kelly made himself available and transparent with everything that was going on!

Just got a new Dodge Challenger from these guys and felt that I was treated honestly and very fairly throughout the whole process. The best new car purchase experience I've ever had. I wanted a new truck and had it narrowed down to two. Karen explained all of the features of the two trucks then we test drove both models. I told her exactly what features I wanted and she ordered the truck. Before I left the dealer, we had worked out trade values and bottom line cost - This only took about 2 hours total. At no point did I feel like I was being "worn down" or pressured into buying something I didn't want. 6 weeks later I got a phone call that my new truck was in. I came out, took a look at the truck and it was exactly what I wanted. Another 60 minutes to do the paperwork and trade in my old truck and I was on the road with my new truck! A big thank you to the Prostrollo team for making this the most hassle free and enjoyable vehicle purchase experience I've ever had! After this experience, I'll never buy a vehicle anywhere else but Prostrollo.
