Had my equipment serviced there and the service was amazing. The owner was very knowledgeable. The service mechanic Billy was fast my chainsaw serviced. Thank y’all for the fast and professional service. I will be visiting again.

Highly recommend this place for any of your mower servicing and repairs. They have a reasonable turnaround and fair pricing. They also have a great selection of new mowers and all other outdoor power tools. Matt was great to work with and he patiently answered all of my questions.

Love helping local businesses... These guys are great... Ashley, Mary and Matt are the bomb. Fair price on mixed fuel and weed eater string. The only thing is if you need repairs there's a waiting time.. 3-5-8 weeks when I needed a mower repair... But I worked around and pittaled around and fixed myself. Love this place

Mary and the entire staff are VERY knowledgeable about their products and are a pleasure to deal with. Yesterday I purchased a new Husqvarna lawn tractor and found the pricing fair and very competitive, and again great service. I look forward to dealing with them for many more years.

They close at 6. I walked in at 5:45 and they were the most helpful and courteous u could possibly want. Took about 30 minutes to match a deck belt. Bought the mower in Rocky Mount and that businesses didn't even have the parts. $9000 mower and u don't have the parts. We'll worth the drive to Nashville

I was recommended to Strickland’s by Husqvarna Customer Service and didn’t mind going outside of WIlson where I live. I had 2 pieces of equipment that were in dire need of attention. I was greeted and helped by 4 different people, 3 were employees and one retired gentleman who frequents the establishment. Everyone was so friendly, knowledgeable, understanding, and upfront with me. They talked to me and gave me an immediate assessment of my equipment. One is going to be able to be repaired, the Husqvarna weed eater however the other was shot. They assisted me in purchasing a new leaf blower and even showed me how to use it. I will definitely be back for anything I need if it’s new equipment or repairs! I have already recommended them to several friends. Thank you for everything!

When ever I am in town this is the place to shop. Always friendly and the staff has a wide variety of knowledge of the products that are sold here.

Brought in a trimmer that had been looked at twice by someone else. Mary very quickly assessed the spark plug was incorrect and replaced it. We were told it was the ignition coil at the other shop and that we probably would not have a lot of success if replaced. Brought to Strickland’s per Husqvarna and will never go anywhere, but Strickland’s again for our equipment and service!

For over ten years, Strickland has been my go-to place to keep my chainsaws and other small engines running.
As a pastor, I got into tree cutting (and climbing) as part of the NC Baptist Men's Disaster Relief work. The folks at Strickland have enabled me to get the right equipment for the work, and then have helped me keep that equipment running.
But I go to Strickland for much more than just their fair prices and mechanical expertise. I go to them because they are GOOD PEOPLE!
With Ross Strickland and Mary Creekmore setting the example, the folks at Strickland make that business one of those places you just WANT any excuse to visit. Their friendliness and attentiveness to each customer, combined with their knowledge and skill, set a standard of quality customer service for which it is difficult to find an equal in the Twin County area.
I am pleased to do business with Strickland, but I am even more pleased to call those folks my friends.

Very helpful didn't have part I came in for but suggested other thing to check be sure I get right part. I have done business with them many time alway helpful alway question what is going on to help find problems with equipment I'm working on.

I took a zero turn rear tire and dropped it off for replacement due to a cut in the tread. When I went back, the young lady told me that it was actually repairable and that they repaired rather then replacing, saving me $75. Thank You!
