Blake who works in the garden section helped us find items we were looking for And he was awesome. He was patient, kind, and very friendly. We waited with us as we contemplated on what we needed and provided us with a great customer experience. Would very well recommend him to help you with anything even if it’s not garden related.

Nicely stocked and super clean Store. One of the larger store layouts.

Aisles were nicely marked as to what was in each. We had never shopped here prior, but with great signage we were able to get in and out fast and back to the jobsite.

Easy in and out of parking lot with larger truck and trailer.

I dunno why people compare Lowes or any other stores to each other thats why they call em different names like Home Improvement or ACE. They should compare and review against other Lowes stores. Shelves stocked? Yes. Store clean? Yes. Got what I expected and needed? Yup. HE liquid laundry detergent to switch dad over from powder, a shower grab bar, a few other items, and he stopped to look at pole saws.

I went in to buy a certain kind of screw they showed that they had it but we couldn't find it so the hardware man Monty helped me to figure out what to do when I explained the situation. He was very helpful and I enjoyed him helping me.

Heather and Amber where amazing! I was having some issues checking out up front with a set of christmas lights and they swooped in like super heroes and fixed the problem. Thanks Muskogee Lowe's for having such wonderful and helpful employees.

Excellent selection and great prices are two of the best reasons for going to Lowe's. The customer service is top notch and if they don't have it you either don't need it or they can get it... Lol

Had to get paint supplies and wallpaper remover…my friend and I found what we asked for help finding and cracked jokes with the staff. Made for a good experience. Staff was all superb. Can’t wait to go Muskogee Lowe’s again tomorrow, seein that’s how my trips seem work.

12/7 - Shelby, (appliances), was very helpful to me when I inquired to purchase a refrigerator. She was very informative in answering my questions about the appliance, warranty, purchase options and pickup. I didn't have any questions or concerns when I left that day. I tried to purchase the refrigerator on 12/8 with the assistance of Bob but he told me I had to wait 24 hours after receiveing my temporary credit card. I had to come back 12/9 to purchase and pickup the refrigerator. Shelby was able to have Amelia at a register to help finish the purchase. Jimmy was very nice and helpful in loading the refrigerator in my truck. Thank you all very much. This is my first "adult" new appliance purchase!

I Just Love Lowes they have everything you will need to do some handy dandy work around the house, Outside, garage wherever.

We drove to several specialty stores for our part needed. Everyone was out of stock. We really didn't think Lowes would have it. But, they did! I wish we had saved ourselves alot of time and just gone there first. Now we know.

Bought insect spray its a big store long isle lots of home improvement items just about whatever you need.

If you use the Lowe's app you can find things in the store much easier because if you ask any of the workers they just use the app to show you where what you need is located. I like their closeouts in the front sometimes I pick up some really good things very cheap

Lowes has an amazing variety in store and online of items at a good price. Sales are often happening offering items for a great deal. Pro employees are experienced in departments and can help you plan, order, and install everything exactly to your liking.

Huge shoutout to Muskogee lowes they didn’t have any kid kites so they let me get one that they sell for free to make it up and they all where all super helpful

The manager Chris communicates , effectively, good listener,supportive and very professional.

I was recently at Lowes and got sheetrock and for the 1st time someone actually helped me which was really needed I have COPD bad and lifting stuff exhausts me real easy

We visited Lowes in Muskogee today and had our best experience in the 2 years we have been shopping there. We met Elvis in the tile department and he was extremely helpful and went out of his way to help us. After finding the tile we were looking for he then proceeded to help us with lumber and all the other building items we needed. We have spent a lot of money over the last 2 years at Lowes and have never received the quality service as we did with Elvis! This boy needs a raise and a promotion. He puts the customer first!

The staff are very helpful and prices on garden supplies is reasonable. Nice plant selection also.
