Boost Mobile

I currently work at boost mobile here and I'm sorry about your phone but we do carry extra chargers and I apologize for any inconveniences this may have cause you but you are more than welcome to come by the store and ask for Amanda and I'll do my very best to assist you with anything you need.

My husband and I bought new ZTE phones with boost and got the 2 line deal, with insurance, when we went back to buy an extra charger he says they don't carry them, at that time Walmart didn't sell them either, I still paid my bill and ended up buying 2 online.About a month ago my phones interior charging port became loose and would no longer charge, a week later this phone, my hubby's phone started having problems...ive been paying the last few months for insurance on these phones that I was told was great and would be quick to replace I work nights, 12 HR shifts I rarely use my phone but to call my grandmother and brother, face time with my dad and so the school can reach me. So I call the boost insurance and tell the woman repeatedly what happened, because this phone, my hubby's everyone I try to talk to tells me it's muffled and hard to hear, so I manage to tell her im not sure exactly what day it happened it was last month sometime, she says we'll I'll put October 30th,- OK w/e then she tells me well it's been rejected because that day fell in the time of when my phones were off- I let the phones get turned off for a week because I couldn't use them anyway if I had known just agreeing with the woman would now forfeit my phones replacement I would have been precise about when it happened. So she tells me sorry about that you could try calling the boost store and buy a replacement, OK I just paid 98 for my bill I don't have much but OK, the stores number is out of service SMH
