I was planning international travel and needed some help. My doctor sold their practice and the new management was treating me like a new patient and making me wait to see them. I couldn't wait that long. After stumbling around I'm thankful I went here and met Ashley. Not only did she do a full travel consultation, she made efforts to help get me in the door to my doctor, which was successful. Also, she help mitigate the costs of the prescriptions and gave me the shots. Very professional all the way around with effort, communication and knowledge. I highly recommend this place and I'm thankful for her help.

I’ve been coming here for years now and usually do curbside pickup. They are so kind and accommodating! They are patient even when I’ve left my debit card and home and had to read off my card info over the phone. Like I said I usually do curbside due to having a toddler who doesn’t enjoy quick trips out of the car. Well today I visited and had to go inside and my daughter was noticeably upset and instead of judgmental stare downs or making me feel unwelcome… they offered my sweet girl stickers to try and make it easier for her. Little acts of kindness go such a long way and I feel like I experience them everytime I come. Thank you Prevo!!

Been coming here for 26 years. I always feel welcomed when visiting. They've always filled my prescriptions in a timely manner. I highly recommend this pharmacy to any person needing a store to provide services to those who need pharmaceutical prescription drugs filled. Thank you PREVO DRUG!!

I love being a customer at Prevo! I recently switched to Prevo because I was not pleased with a previous pharmacy and I’m SO GLAD I did. I’m greeted by name every time I come in and they immediately make sure that I’m being taken care of. I just love the family that owns a Prevo. They make everyone in there feel like a VIP customer. I’ve also found that their prices are often lower than big name pharmacies and I love not having to wait forever for a prescription to be filled. I’ll definitely be sticking with them!

Our family recently switched to Prevo Drug after issues with another local pharmacy. Prevo personally called our doctor's office to obtain our prescriptions and set up all medications on their MedSync auto-fill program. They also offer MedPak so all medications will be packaged together with the date and time for each dose. This is a game changer for a member of our family who has epilepsy. Plus, they offer free delivery to our home. Prevo Drug treated us with empathy and respect and they offered solutions to ensure medication compliance which is a huge weight off of our shoulders when managing a chronic illness. I am SO thankful we made the switch.

I have only been using Prevo for about 8 months now. They have the friendliest staff and truly want what is best for you. I love Prevo and will not go to another pharmacy after seeing their level of care.

Ashley Duggins and her staff are the best! I have used others in the past but since 2004 I have been a customer at Prevo's! There is such a wealth of knowledge within those 4 walls! Not only do they answer my questions but they are always suggesting other options to save me money! Everyone needs to give them a try! Customer Service starts at the top! They go above expectations!

Love Prevo Drug. Friendly staff and excellent service. Ashley helped to compound special pain medication when my son broke his leg so that giving him pain medication wouldn’t be a struggle. I’ve also had a recent change in prescription coverage and they contacted the doctor several times to get me the most affordable and effective asthma medication. You guys rock.

If you’re looking for a pharmacy with fast and friendly service...you should give Prevo Drug in Asheboro a try! They are the complete opposite of the big chain pharmacies! Ashley Duggins and her entire staff are nice, knowledgeable and are always there to help you out and will have you taken care of in a matter of minutes! As a mother of 2...who has time to sit and wait and wait and wait when you have sick kiddos? Not me...and at Prevo they take excellent care of their customers and get you in and out! I’ve been a customer at another pharmacy for years but the other day I stopped in at Prevo to get some medicine for my young child. They were so helpful and friendly helping me find a medicine that was safe for her age and with the medications she was already taking. Looks like I’ll be switching pharmacies!
