Nashville PNC refused assistance to a handicapped person today. Person has account for 25+years.only ask for assistance to take 2 minuets to help fill out a form then notarized a signature. Manager said cant help with form because she could be sued. SECU was happy to assist at no charge.
Headquarters has been notified. I told the manager I would close the account she said ok what ever

Like the other comments have eluded to, PNC decided to remove their human tellers and close their drive through in their Nashville location. They're only 2 ATMs at this location and often times they’re long lines waiting for each one.

The entire community is disappointed in this decision and many folks are no longer doing business here.

I drove up, no lanes are open, sign out front says "Yes, we're open!". I parked the car and went in, the area where the tellers were is totally boarded off! I'm thinking ""Naw!" An employee asked if she could help me so I asked where the tellers were, I needed to make a deposit. She led me to a machine at the front door, she quickly showed me what I needed to do then walked off. Up on the screen pops some guy, I asked where he was located, he said Alabama. I called the lady back over because he said he didn't get my cash and with me being older and technology isn't my fine point I needed extra help. I asked her if this is a permanent move, she answered by the next couple of years 75% of PNCs will be doing this. (I hope she wasn't excited about this because it will one day mean her job.) I replied that I didn't like this at all. I want the personal assistance I got with a teller. PNC, is this what you will be doing with your employees? Also letting an out of state person handle my accounts? Not coming back to this one, ever.

Nashville branch is going virtual. Big mistake! So if I need a teller I have to risk going into crime ridden Rocky mount! I will be closing all my accounts with PNC. As Nashville grows this bank obviously doesn't care about their long time customers . If I could give zero stars I would

Worse bank ever. Can't get money how you want it and I like $5 bills for my elderly family but all you can get is $20 $10 $1 bills. I thought suppose to give the bills you want. And no I don't want $30 in $1 bills I want 6 $5 bills. Don't use this bank!
