Had to visit the urgent care today and can not recommend this place enough. Dr. Tamberli and the rest of the staff were so attentive to my needs and truly did all the could to make me feel better. Such a difference from other urgent care facilities I've been to. I Will definitely use them for any future needs going forward.

My mother was recently admitted to Nash General. We were blessed to have Dr. Emanuel make her daily rounds checking up on my mothers progress & treatments during her stay in the hospital. She was very knowledgeable & patiently listened to my concerns regarding mothers progress & treatments. I was made to feel no question was insignificant. Her follow up on questions/requests were great! We were both impressed & have no complaints while under Dr. Emanuels care. We highly recommend her if anyone is looking for a doctor. 🌺

People are complaining because the office is busy but not realizing it is because Dr Emanuel is in high demand. She is an awesome provider.

Professional and pleased with care

This rating is for the call center. Ms Nia could really benefit from customer service training. When calling to set up a new patient appointment for my daughter I was asked for her ssn which is new to me. Now had she simply explained that it was policy then I would have said okay and kindly found another doctor. Instead, she asked me to hold on and transferred me to anther office. That was unprofessional and uncalled for. If you cannot simply communicate then customer service is no the job for you.

Nice doctor, but I think the office is overwhelmed with its patients. Currently looking for a new PM for my 70 year old mother
