Bella Vista Village

Lived here for about a year and absolutely loved it! Never had issues. Management was great! They were understanding and all, if I was falling on hard times! Michele went above and beyond for whatever needs I had! Definitely would recommend!

Bella Vista Village is a great place to live
It has a feels like a neighborhood that anyone would love.
The manager Michelle is amazing to work with
She will do whatever she can to make sure the tenants are taken care of
She is very polite and professional
The maintenance crew is very helpful as well
I would recommend anyone to live here

Have lived here for a year with no complaints. The issues I've had are handled in a timely manner and the staff is very friendly and top noch. The manger is trying and succeeding in keeping it clean with minimal staff

If you’re looking for a quiet neighborhood this is the place for you the management is outstanding and on top of anything that you need. Very friendly and flexible I would recommend to everyone!

We have lived here for almost a year. The park has been a wonderful home for us. The management here takes very good care of the place. If we happen to have some kind of issue it is addressed immediately. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

I currently live here. Have so for 5 years now, since the new management has taken over, the community has gotten better, safer in my opinion. The managers actually take time to get to now everyone here and try to bring everyone together, doing inter community events like 4th cook out, who has the better yard contests, back to school cook out easter egg hunts. I like living here. I highly recomend living here.

The manager is ready nice and is trying to clean up the place if you need anything they are there. They do things for the resadent like vel they put candy on your door and Xmas they bring food they are really trying to help people I'm very happy I moved there it's only been 3 month but I'm please with what they are doing for the park I would recommend you to move here

I Lived here since 2006 and could not even thank of being any else I've seen all kinds of stuff here but the best is now in just a little time we have grown and lots of improvement in mobile home park we have good managers and manatance people that now what there doing all I can really say I proud to be here

The gentleman there was very nice very helpful he explained a lot of things to me that I did not know I have been trying to purchase a trailer for a while and he explained a lot that the manufacturers couldn't all in all I give him a 10 out of 10 great people

Great place to live. It's quiet and has great management is well taken care of and has a park for the kids.

They have wonderful people running the mobile home park and they are very friendly oriented and their service is wonderful... I like living in the park

New community manager has this neighborhood in much better shape. This is actually a kid friendly community.

They are moving out the old and bringing in the newer homes which makes this parks leadership and quality d th and out above the others around this area

Clean. Family friendly plenty of new homes. Well maintained.

Its a great little community.
