Pipeline Urgent Care

It was my first time going to Pipeline Urgent Care and I was very pleased. You can book ahead online and fill out the forms in the comfort of your own home. They were busy which was expected and we didn’t have a long wait. The Dr. was very friendly and informative. I highly recommend! Thank you.

Great service, friendly Providers and staff! Visiting Cushing and had been putting off for several days being seen while sick. Pipeline Urgent Care is what every urgent care should be, Quick, Professional, Friendly and Caring!! Thank you for getting me on my way back to being healthy.

I went in pregnant and very sick. I was quick to get into a room and they did a very thorough walk through of what it could be. BLESS THEIR HEARTS. I had gotten sick, all in their floor while zoning in and out due to low blood pressure. They were so nice and quick to get Iv fluids rolling to help. My nurse, Aubrey was there every step of the way. Deven, my Dr was quick to act as well. I received the upmost care while there. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Doctor and Nurses were GREAT! My daughter had a very serious accident and the care she received can’t be put into words. I would recommend this office over any office. Two thumbs up from me and my daughter.

Time wait was long but it’s expected with a clinic. Everyone was so polite and friendly, I felt welcomed and my questions / concerns were answered.

I came here today and feel like I finally found a place I was comfortable at! I wish I could use them as my primary lol. The ladies working were all friendly n helpful. My dr (her name was mollie) was super sweet, explained everything so well to me, a few times even lol. I will def recommend!

The office staff were polite and efficient. Waiting room and exam rooms were neat and clean, it didn’t take very long for me to be seen. The nurse and practitioner were professional and thorough, my doctors note for work was completed before I made it to the check out counter! My prescription was called in to pharmacy promptly. I felt like the practitioner and I worked as a team to resolve my issue, she didn’t just run in to the room and throw a prescription at me.

They get alittle backed up but their super sweet and had a good experience

I really appreciate how the physicians take time and allow you to ask questions and don’t try to rush you out of their office. I did have to wait some time to get in, but I understand with all the sickness going around. Every physician I’ve seen there has been very caring and willing take take their time with me. Also, the front desk ladies are always so kind and patient!

The very best urgent care! Staff is super friendly and knowledgeable.
The medical providers are among the best I've ever seen. I love that my and my daughters medical records are easily accessible for our other medical providers in the Stillwater Medical Group. We never have to wait for records to arrive or have them lost in transit.

The staff at Pipeline is always so friendly and helpful. Deven and Sarah have helped me with migraine attacks and offered more advice and a clear path to figuring them out more than my neurologist ever has. Mollie and Ashley are great providers, too! Cindy does a great job with the front office and the nurses are always friendly and knowledgeable. I have never had a bad experience here!

Took my almost 2 year old girl in today. Quick in which was nice! The front office was friendly and very helpful! Nurse was pleasant and patient as my daughter wasn’t feeling good at all. Then the provider came in and I’ve never been more pleased with a provider other than my daughters PCP but this provider was OUTSTANDING. She was sweet to my girl, patient. Wasn’t trying to rush off… let me know she had a double ear infection and asked if I had any questions. We need to be seen on Saturday again we will for sure come here again. Thank you all so much!

Great service every time we go. But they are always busy, so be prepared to wait. I was tested for Covid and flu. Both were negative. I have bronchitis and my treatment time for this visit was quick. It is faster to call for an appointment than to just walk in. Sarah and Deven are my favorites, but I know some of the other ladies in there and I would be happy being seen by them, as well!

Used Pipeline for the first time today with my child. It was a great experience. Everything from check in to getting the school note was seamless. The nurse and provider were both kind and compassionate but also thorough. I would recommend this place to anyone needing urgent care.

Staff is amazing! From front desk, nurses, to the provider. Very pleased with the care and will be back! Awesome job

they are the friendliest people. they care about all of their patients and even though it was 45 MI each way I would walk if I had to to see them again for any other medical issues. they get high praise from me and anyone that asks where I go I will make a recommendation for them to go to pipeline in Cushing!

Staff was courteous and caring. I was helped quickly and each person I came in contact with had genuine concern for myself and family. My prescriptions were sent swiftly and I was able to get my medicine within thirty minutes. I would absolutely recommend Pipeline Urgent Care.

Very professional people and I will always choose them for urgent care needs. However, I waited almost 3 1/2 hours with my 2 year old in the car. It was rough, and wish I would have been advised that it would have been such a long wait. But, we were eventually seen and got the needed care. Thank you Pipeline!

Very professional, and thorough. They listened.Took the time to explain everything and let me know my options without being pushy or condescending. The whole experience reminded me of how the family doctor we had when I was a kid handled things. I am very thankful.
