Homestead Family Restaurant

We stopped here on the 4th of July for breakfast. We ordered the Bronco breakfast with chicken fried steak. We got the Spanish omelette & the 2+2+2.

We were very surprised at how much food there was. It was very good.

The atmosphere was a lively and family atmosphere.

Very pleased. Service was great.

I accidentally arrived just before closing time.[ As a former server, I respect closing times. I NEVER want to give more work to staff trying to finish for the day.
Despite this, I was greeted warmly, and taken care of.
This was my first time in the restaurant. I asked my server for her recommendation. I was impressed with her answer, as she gave a recommendation for each "meal" I might be hungry for: breakfast, sandwich, hot, cold, etc. Finally, she told me her favorite. I ordered her favorite. During my visit, she was happy to share history, and even her own experience with the place, but never crowded or hurried me.
About the food:
Perfectly over-medium eggs, and deliciously seasoned skillet. Toast was actually very fresh and delicious.
Big enough for two meals.
This is not my last visit!

Me and my family had Sunday lunch. I was so amazed at the food and service! Everything was great! Keep it up! The food even had beautiful garnishes! My wife and daughter joked that they ordered chicken strips and got half a chicken... good portions! We took food home.

Great gem of a hole in the wall restaurant. Service was friendly and efficient.
Ate there on 4-6-18. Had an awesome breakfast with very generous portions for a real value price. Fed 3 people breakfast for $27!

Keep in mind they close at 2 pm, but if you can make it, stop by and make your belly happy.

Unbelievable Oasis in NE Oklahoma!! Honestly I can't remember a better breakfast. Worth dbl the menu price!! Ms Jane made my breakfast experience awesome!! Great personality!! Can't miss this place!! "Since 1953" ... I understand why!!😋😋😋😋

The food here is very good. Great down-home food, we have never been disappointed, and the prices are very reasonable. This is our favorite restaurant in Cushing!

Best place to eat in town. I take my mom here everytime she comes to visit. The staff is attentive and kind, the food is delicious. When it comes to portions you actually get lot of food- and for low prices which is opposite these days. Overall great clean establishment great food, prices and people.

This is a really great place to eat it is busy at times but the service is always good been eating breakfast there off and on for quite a few years .family oriented

If you a huge breakfast that would easily feed 2, then this is the place to go! The biscuits are all handmade, and the servings are very large. They also offer lunch. Staff is friendly and keep up with the ones dining!

Huge portions and very well priced, coffee was good and service was great.

Great food, great service, very affordable!! An absolute hidden Gem!!!! The owner checked on us (we were here for a wrestling tournament and pressed for time). Our waitress was AMAZING! Will definitely eat here again if we're ever in the area!

O my goodness this place was absolutely amazing!! Great big portions, as well as great tasting! And the staff is just as amazing as the food! All the waitresses laugh and joke and hug if wanted and just make your day amazing! And we can't leave the chefs out!! What an amazing job also!! 💜💜 Would highly recommend it to everyone! 😍

Very homey atmosphere. Our food was delivered quickly. No complaints.

When we pulled into the parking lot, it was almost full. Almost every table was occupied, but we found one. Our waitress was a taller blonde, and she, among others deserve a raise. So many people, and food came fast and it was very delicious! I'd highly suggest coming to this restaurant!
