UPS Customer Center

I am so grateful that I am able to ship packages through UPS here in Muskogee. I appreciate that they open from 4:30 to 6:30. I ship mercari items that can only be shipped via UPS. The front desk guy is the BEST! He knows his stuff! He is always on top of everything! He never acts overwhelmed from all the stuff that he has to work on! He is super nice to me & other customers that are in there when I am. Sometimes there are 8-10 people with packages all at the same time! He is CALM, COOL & COLLECTIVE!!! I would be nuts doing what he does! So thank you for being in this town and EXTRA “THANK YOU” to the man up front!!! Awesome job!!!

We have a driver with a million dollar personality! She’s the best and does whatever it takes to get your packages to you. Always puts them where dogs can’t get to them. Has treats for your dog so they won’t follow her or get ran over. Words just can’t say how valuable your employee Denyfa Windrix is to the Muskogee, OK store!!

I give the UPS office my highest rating and the reason is like a Christmas miracle. I built a dollhouse for my grandchildren, ages 5 and 3. They live in Colorado. I was having trouble finding a way to box it for shipping, and thought I'd waited too late by the Tuesday before Christmas when I got it to UPS. The fellow behind the counter was friendly and encouraging but it wouldn't be cheap. It would cost - regular freight, not a hurry-up service - almost as much as my wife and I pay for two round trip tickets when we visit them. But it would get there day after next. "Sure" I thought, but gave him my card. The dollhouse arrived at my daughter's door, unharmed, fairly early on the day promised, in the middle of a blizzard. It was worth every cent when my daughter sent pictures of their happy faces. Thank you, UPS, and a belated Merry Christmas! And thank you for the guy behind the counter here. Without his can-do confidence in his company to accomplish the improbable, I might have walked away. Glad I didn't.

Five Stars for sure!!

The only delay in receiving my package was the sender. I was notified on Friday that my package (coming from CA) would arrive on Wednesday, by the end of the business day (6:00) . On Tuesday morning I received an update stating that my package would arrive that day. I thought I would have to rearrange my errands to the next day, since I didn't know what time the UPS truck would arrive. He got here at 10:00, offered to carry the package for me, and I was able to run my errands as originally scheduled. I will use UPS in the future.

I've always had good and friendly service from these guys, but this is the first time I've left feedback.

Just wanted to leave a quick review for our UPS driver Jim, who delivers out in the welling area. He’s AWESOME! He’s super nice and friendly and it always makes my day to see him! 😁 and for another delivery driver named Matthew Slape!! who delivers to my job in tahlequah, he’s great!

Two men delivered a package to me at 10:30 tonight. They are serious about keeping their commitment to their customers. My package could have waited but their extra efforts proved to me that they are committed to their customers. Thank you both. Your commitment to your company and customers is impressive.

The employees who deliver to me have gained stars in heaven. I don't know who they are, but they truly go way beyond the call of duty! I live in Porum at 243rd Street South. More than once they have climbed over our locked gate to deliver packages to my front door in pouring rain! I wish to express our deep appreciation and respect to these incredible individuals and would love to reward them somehow! A heartfelt thank you and may God richly bless you!💖

This location hours are 4:30pm - 6:30pm for both pickups and drop offs.

There is a UPS drop box for pre paid boxes by side door.

Very fast efficient service.

Of all the locations I've dealt with UPS this staff is some of the most amazing, kind, and wonderful bunch of souls who work for UPS. Be kind to them and they will always be kind to you. Thank you to UPS for all of your service!

These people while not always happy to see "ME" are great! They are good at their jobs. Always professional and I look forward to seeing them in the future, as sometimes I just cannot wait for the "big brown truck" to get to my house. Thx yall

I love my ups man, polite always gets my packages to me and even deals with my dogs!
