Friendly service, patient care was excellent, didn't mind being asked questions. Explained what I needed to do. I never feel uneasy or like I'm just a pay check to them. I always feel comfortable when I go there. I truly appreciate my Dr she's awesome Dr. Ashley is overall one of the best in her field I'm glad she's my primary care physician. 👍👍👍👍😊😊😊

I left in tears, and it was not a bad thing at all! I have a condition that has taken its toll on my quality of life. I am used to the Indian clinic and when I wrote Dr. Aldrich on the patient portal she agreed this needed to be talked about at my next appt. Or if not sooner. I'm not used to an actual concerned medical provider. She is such a sweet sincere person. I am finally going to get the surgery I need to basically keep me living and to actually enjoy life thanks to her.
This is an awesome facility! The staff are a caring group of people and I'm so lucky to have an ACTUAL doctor so close to where I live. Highly recommend Porter Health Clinic.

My mom has been going here for years. This clinic has always went above and beyond to make sure she is taken care of. It's hard to live 2000 miles away; but knowing she can go to the Porter Health Clinic puts me at ease. Thanks again for taking care of your patients.

I am a reletivly new patient. But I am very pleased with Ashely as my primary physician. Although she is young she is very knowledgeable and perceptive. She is down to earth and genuinely kind. Very happy with my care.

I visited the dental portion of this facility today for an exam because I had a baby tooth pulled 15 years ago, and the gums around that area have receded a bit over the years making the base of the surrounding teeth sensitive.

I told the dentist, that the area was tender and he responded that obviously chewing chips directly on top of my gums would be painful. I thought that was a rude response, but I clarified that it was the surrounding teeth themselves where bases were exposed. (I don’t even chew on that side of my mouth at all because of the gap).

He said I may need a skin graft for that area in the future. I asked if it was better to have something done about the area now. He told me that obviously it would be better to have any medical issue dealt with sooner rather than later.

I asked how long I might expect to have before needing a skin graft. He told me that obviously that depends on how I care for my teeth.

He treated me like my questions were stupid, and his responses to my questions were less than helpful.

He said I needed a deep cleaning in my entire mouth and wanted to schedule 5 follow up appointments.

I could not imagine going through five more appointments with this dentist.

The next clinic told me ‘it was laughable’ that I had been told I needed a deep cleaning- that my teeth were near perfect, and that I should have a regular routine cleaning done.

My previous visits with the health care portion were fine.

I went to this clinic with stacks of medical records proving that I had fibroid tumors and endometriosis. Saw a P.A. the first time who advised me to call back in a week to make an appointment to see their M. D. if my symptoms hadn't improved. When I did call back, I was told three different stories. 1. That I wanted to be referred to pain management, which was not the case 2. that the Dr. refused to see me as it is at her discretion who she decides to treat, and lastly, that the Dr. couldn't take me as a patient because she already had too many. I was not advised this when I first went in either. I was specifically advised that I could see the M.D. if I wanted. I have a sneaking suspicion that since I am not on Medicaid-or have no insurance, just self pay-that this is why they "can't help me". Yet there are many Medicaid patients in the town of Haskell who see this Dr, pay absolutely nothing, and sell every pill they get on the streets the day they get them filled. It is not about helping patients in need-keep in mind, I have documented proof!-it is about the almighty dollar. If you don't have insurance but cash, you can sure see the person down the street with Medicaid and they will sell you anything that the Dr. has prescribed them-for the right price of course! Wish these places would get shut down. Maybe if enough people o.d., they will-and that is a sad situation!! I wonder if there is someplace that you can call to report these pill mills?! I will sure find out and let them know if possible!
