Clean Pro and their staff were professional from the phone call to the finish of the service. They returned phone calls promptly. The communication from the moment you schedule to the time they leave was amazing. They took their time cleaning all the pews and the floors. The cost is very reasonable.

So happy with the job they did!! Had some really bad carpet stains and they got them all out. Our carpet looks new again. They also cleaned my kitchen tile and it looks great. Jamison was so friendly and very efficient. I will definitely be using CleanPro again!

After the last review the company reached out to me for a do-over. This time they came and scrubbed the rug a decent amount and they look 10 fold better. They even were able to remove a stain that i genuinely thought was there forever. Thank you!

Everything was Epic except leaving standing water on my kitchen floor which my nurse cleaned up for me and they didn't put my personal effects back in place. I'm a disabled vet so that would have been a big help but other then that they were awesome.

They are experienced and efficient, you can tell by the quality of their work. We had our carpets and tile floors cleaned. They did an excellent job and did not leave a mess.

UPDATE 05/03/22:
I was contacted by the owner of the company who was very nice and wanted to come out and do a free re-clean since I was dissatisfied. They promptly came out the next day and cleaned both rooms again and even touched up on another room free of charge. Todays results look absolutely amazing and the spots I originally wanted clean are gone! They took their time and throughly cleaned it all. Although the first cleaning wasn’t the best they completely made up for it and did properly clean when they came back out. Given this experience I would use them again as good customer service is hard to find.

The customer service when calling in to book an appointment was amazing. They were very nice and explained all the charges up front. However the tech that came out to clean the carpets did a extremely rushed job. We only had 2 rooms to do instead of the initial 4 we were thinking but 2 rooms took him maybe 10-15 minutes. I pointed out several stains from crayola washable markers from my children and asked if he would be able to clean those and he said it was no problem. After the carpet dried all the stains are still there. I have used many truck mounted cleaning companies over the years and this was by far the worst cleaning results I’ve seen. Not happy with the results.

JAMISON DID A GREAT JOB ON MY COUCH AS IT HAD STAINS ON THE CUSHIONS AND THEY ALL CAME OUT. AREA RUG CLEANED UP GREAT. DEFINITELY WILL USE THEM AGAIN.

Very friendly, efficient and thorough. Took their time in each room, didn’t rush through as some other companies will do. Explained the different processes as he cleaned the living room. Definitely will be a repeat customer. Carpets and stairs looks wonderful!
