People were extremely nice and helpful I've had to deal with them on water and sewer issues both and both were excellent to work with.

Very hard water, and will erode any faucet eventually

It's insane that they want $3,500 just to install a water meter where one already was. In addition to that we get typically annual increases. The most recent, according to the letter I received, says that they are selling so much water to Chandler now that they need to charge everyone more money which makes absolutely zero sense whatsoever. Anyone looking to have a well drilled? You can do it for not much more than the cost of a water meter here. Additionally, the water is often very bad either in smell or extreme sediment. When you call to report it, you typically just get an answer like "looks like some untreated water got around the treatment plant somehow" with no suggestion on whether or not we should boil the swamp water or drink it. Some days it smells like pure swimming pool.

The water is extremely gross, extremely hard, and always has a funky smell. The water is so corrosive its literally destroyed brand new high end faucets (less than 2 yrs old). Been on their rural water service for several years and my families skin is always inflamed. Not to mention we have had water bills from Arizona to Oklahoma and this is the highest water bills we have ever, EVER seen. Paying outrageous price for water you cant even cook with. I cant even run a dishwasher and the kids can't even bath daily between the harsh water and the extremely over priced service. Its really sad.

Have been with them for over 12 years. Always had wonderful service kindness respect everything!! Missed paying last month and had a family emergency this month so was a few days late which has never in 12 years been a problem and I get a cut-off notice that says for the 26th of this month but my water cut off I call I get a very rude lady calling me back trying to tell me that because I didn't pay last month and we're still in the current month mind you that she's going on about for two months there that it's all my fault I will be looking for other ways to bring water into my land oh and don't worry I will be staring this with the whole mile section that is also on their water and the goats that you see keeping the grass down around some of their things yet those were given to them as a gift for me and my husband so if you miss one month be prepared because she told me that how they're going to start doing business now I have never and 42 years been talk to so disrespectfully from anybody in a profession especially a manager wow

3,500.00 membership fee to turn your water on so if you buy a house in Agra or the surrounding area they cover, be prepared for your deposit to be 3,500.00
That's way high. Wow. Even for people with perfect credit.

Don't bother setting up any kind of arrangements first time late even after you talk to them and you set up something to pay it the following week and they agree to it they still send someone out and cut it off anyway
