Hillcrest Hospital Cushing

I recently went in for a lung scan and the people was all so friendly and helpful. I was there for less than an hour total, I thought this was great.
I got my results the same day on MyChart. Great experience.

I'm a difficult stick for any phlebotomist and the young lady in the lab did a great job. The mammogram I had was also a good experience. They have a new 3D machine that is pretty awesome.

I came in with high blood pressure. I have a history of brain aneurysms. The doctors listened to my concerns. They did the appropriate tests. The entire staff that I came in contact with were professional and kind. So thankful for the great care I received!

I went to the ER and the nurses and doctor was awesome. The front desk lady and nurses made sure to give my 3 year old some coloring books to keep her busy. And the woman who did my CT scan was so kind and sweet, she made sure to ask me if I was okay and comfortable multiple times. And the housekeeper, Roy went above and beyond by giving my daughter a Barbie that she is still loving. I found out he buys them out of his own pocket for kids that come in and that is such an amazing act of kindness. This was the best Hospital experience I’d ever had.

I had an appointment for some x-rays, I walked right up to the 2nd floor, signed a couple of forms, and had a pleasant few words with the receptionist. I was taken back almost immediately, my tech was friendly and funny, put me at ease and I was out in less than 30 mins. I love having a local hospital in my rural area, they are clean, friendly and so very important to our community.

I was out of town and visiting family when I fell on some bleachers. I ended up in the Emergency Department. The staff were so kind and understanding to how much pain I was experiencing. The nurses, x-ray tech, and Dr. Olsen were all wonderful. Thank you all for helping in my time of need!

Very pleased with the service I received at the surgery center. Lexi, Ashley, Megan and Maria took very good care of me. I appreciate all the other nurses that I dont know their names.

This place literally saved my life today! Nurses James and Chelsea were amazing! They both were kind, professional and handled my emergency with ease and made me feel confident that I was in good hands! Dr. Chapman was nice but wish he would have went over labs with me before discharge. My overall experience with them was great! Worth the bill and definitely would go back if needed. 😊

I recently spent a few days as a patient in Hillcrest Hospital Cushing. One of the best things about my experience was knowing the people that were taking care of me. I work there and the reason I work there is because of this. I get to take care of people I know and love. I received excellent care. Everyone from ER to radiology to lab to respiratory to the doctor and nurses and techs that took care of me provided excellent care. They did this because that’s who they are. I see it on a daily basis and the patient care that they give. You cannot get better care anywhere!!!!!! Thank you all for taking such great care of me!

We had labs, fluids, antibiotics and pain meds for our daughter after her tonsils were removed in 90 min. Also prior to that she had surgery there and the Surgical Staff is AMAZING!!!!!

Went in for an electrical burn on my thumb. Didn't wait long to be seen. Receptionist was very polite and got me registered quickly. I've never been in an emergency room that short of time. I wasn't there long at all and got a script for burn cream. I'm grateful for driving far to be seen in such a short time.

I am settled in and I'm going to be here for a few weeks. The entire hospital staff is awesome. All very kind and very informative about the process. 44 day stay for my first time being admitted to a hospital. It's very comfortable and very accommodating. The food is unrealistically good and they are very generous with portions and requests. Every member of the hospital staff has been more than polite and very helpful. I am genuinely impressed that they have such a small number of staff members. I wouldn't have realized that they are short handed because they are so prompt and doing such a great job. I'm glad I am here for my hospital stay.

My dad had surgery at Hillcrest Cushing …..and per my father the staff treated him very well. Great outcome and the staff went above and beyond to make sure he was comfortable. He also appreciated the follow up call and card.

This hospital goes above and beyond. Very little waiting time. I used online check in and signed all the paperwork before I even got there. The radiology tech is super super super. I was in and out in less than 25 minutes and that included the mammogram time.

I came in the ER and was immediately treated and admitted. The nurses and Doctors were very attentive, friendly, and helpful throughout my stay.

I had an awesome experience. Very professional staff and environment. Safety was immaculate. I love them soo much. They took awesome care of me. Their care level the best compared to anywhere else I have been. They truly care for their patients. Their main goal was to make me better and they did just that. They gave me great resources and great advice. My pain is gone just a little sore, but I am getting there. I am doing everything I can to keep up taking care of myself because they did an amazing job. I HUGE THANK YOU TO THE ENTIRE STAFF DOCTORS NURSES TECHS, AND RECEPTIONIST AT CUSHING HILLCREST HOSPITAL, YOU ALL ARE THE TRUE HEROES AND DO AN AMAZINGLY AWESOME JOB, KEEP UP THE GREATNESS!

I Would like to take a moment just to say that Dr. Harrington who works in the ER at the Cushing Hospital, is
such a kind and very helpful Dr. I had to go there the other night, and I wish there were more physicians like him.

Everything went good the staff knew what they were doing they were knowledgeable about where I need to go and what I need to do

Love going to small town Cushing Hillcrest. Time is usually way better than big town hospitals. They’re Always caring & compassionate too.
