Jay Hodge Chevrolet of Muskogee

We went to Jay Hodge last night to look at a vehicle. The SUV we came to look at was gone but Michael Yadon approached us with some other options. I was weary of going to a dealership strictly because I didn't want to be pressured into buying a vehicle by a pushy salesman. This was different. He's a nice guy who wasn't pushy. He listened to what we were looking for and showed us some options. If we said no, he was cool with that. He showed us an SUV we loved & we decided to buy. What was also amazing was how fast we were in & out the door. It's crazy it took us so much longer to get cell phones at US Cellular than it was to buy a vehicle. Id highly recommend this dealership.

I just traded my truck in for the 3.0 Duramax. My salesman Kody was so friendly and helpful. Definitely the guy to use. The finance man, Keith, was equally helpful and great. If you are looking for a new Chevy, this is a great place to use.

What amazing customer service. Celeste in service was absolutely amazing. Updated through the entire process and showed great customer service and due diligence to solve our vehicle problem, offering multiple options and great communication through the entire process. I'd recommend this dealer for service to anyone. Absolute great customer service five stars*****.

My experience is always great at Jay Hodge because of Wesley Tollett! He ALWAYS provides OUTSTANDING service and takes great care of my vehicle. The dealership has changed owners twice since I purchased my vehicle and adopted some policies and procedures that I don’t like but Wesley is the only reason I continue to come back. He is the best person in your service department and should be duly compensated!!! I’m sure I am not the only customer that feels this way.
