Absolutely fantastic. HOME COOKING done correctly. Open kitchen and you can see exactly what is going on with your food if that is your deal. Waitresses are very attentive and did i mention the FOOD? Oh my the food...They have a set menu and also a couple of daily specials. They will grill of fry your entree . The cooked greens are the best in Muskogee, hands down the best. I cannot wait to get back there to try some more of their fantastic food. The cook even came out to see how things were and if she could do anything for us...

Momma C's Soul Food Kitchen is AMAZING!!!!! I visited on a Saturday evening around 5:30pm. The place is quaint and just the right size for a small or medium sized breakfast, lunch or dinner. Groups are welcome and we'll accommodated. The servings are not skimpy. In fact, I took 1 and half pieces of the catfish & some of the baked beans home with me. The prices are very reasonable as well. The staff is friendly & the atmosphere is comfortable. I got catfish baked beans, & mac and cheese. At the same table was catfish, greens & yams. The soul is definitely accounted for in each main course & side dish. Also available are Casandra Gaines cookbooks & cds. There are butters, spreads, & preserves also! This place is an absolute treasure to & for the Muskogee community. When you travel to or through Muskogee for the Azalea Festival, Festival of Lights, or the Great Butterfly Migration please don't forget to migrate to Momma C's Soul Food Kitchen. You & your taste buds will not be disappointed!

Amazing catfish, perfectly prepared. There was music by a very talented girl who rivaled Whitney. Fried chicken was excellent. Great choice for home cooking. Loved it!

The food was beyond amazing. The chicken was some of the best I have ever had - fried to crispy perfection. The yams were delicious and the greens were prepared with perfect seasoning.

Our waitress was so friendly and helpful. The price was very reasonable for the quality and quantity of food we received. Highly recommended if you want good quality tasty food!

Momma C's is some of the best soul food in Oklahoma. don't think twice about coming here. they're known for their amazing fried chicken, but all the sides are great as well. I'm a big fan of the greens, fried cabbage, and okra. be sure to ask what desserts are available, their bread pudding is some of the best you'll ever have

Amazing comfort food! Everything was outstanding. It was a little bit of a wait but well worth it. We tried the catfish, fried chicken, mac and cheese, fried okra and baked beans. The chef/owner even came to ask us how our meal tasted. Will definitely go back!

Absolutely amazing food! The best southern cooking I think I've ever had. We stopped in on a lark while going to the castle and oh my goodness, we will drive the 4 hours again to this tiny town just to eat here. Great prices and portions. Everything tasted like home, and better. The place was super cute and clean too, and the staff was super friendly. If you are trying to decide where to eat, skip the chains and eat here!!!

My husband and I and toddler came for dinner. It was our first time in Muskogee and the only place where the food in the pictures on google maps didn’t look greasy or cheap. They were very friendly, attentive, and clean. The food was super delicious,nice crunchy coating for catfish cooked perfectly along with homemade collard greens that my toddler and I couldn’t get enough of either! My husband got the same thing and being a tough critic himself he said it was worth every penny. It was decently priced but not to expensive .Definitely not a large variety of foods but what they do have they cook to perfection.

This place was awesome!!! We will definitely be back. Had the catfish. Was seasoned and fried perfectly. My sides were the greens, cabbage and cheese grits. All 3 were great. I also tasted the fried chicken and waffles and the candied sweet potatoes. Bought the cookbook and was disappointed the recipe for the sweet potatoes was not in there. They were awesome. Tasted just like a dessert. But we also had the banana cream pudding for dessert. It was the perfect end to a perfect meal. Our server was a young girl, very attentive and kept our drinks full. All around experience was awesome!!!

Momma C’s catered the Rougher Class of 1991 30 year reunion this past weekend and the food was amazing! The staff were very friendly and professional. We will definitely use their services again for future events. Ms Cassandra Gaines would be so proud of everything her legacy is doing. Keep up the awesome work and keep cooking that delicious food!!

Amazing food! Everything we ordered was beyond expectation. Healthy portions meant we were able to bring some home for later! You must try the bread pudding with whiskey sauce--melt in your mouth!!! And, the wait staff was friendly, helpful, and attentive. You cannot go wrong at Momma C's!!!

I’ve always claimed myself as a “foodie” and it’s definitely an expensive habit while being a resident to Muskogee Oklahoma.

I was recently introduced to Momma C’s Soul Food Kitchen...Enjoyed an Incredible family style meal with my staff and could not believe the story behind the name.

Something I believe that is hard to find nowadays in business is authenticity and a story that you can taste. Momma C crosses everything off my list when it comes from the golden crispy fried chicken or the bitter so sweet cobbler.

I’m addicted to the food and I’m addicted to the staff that will not let down the legend of Momma C and continue to share the recipes and soul kisses to residents of Muskogee and surrounding areas.

look y'all- this woman knows how to make a fat child happy. her banana pudding is the best i have had since my cajun uncle last made it for me in 2008. her fried chicken wings are sublime. oh- and last and certainly best- her greens and cabbage are enough to make you cry tears of sheer joy, happiness, and love. i gonna tell you right now- do. not. skip. this. place. i wonder if she can adopt me? i am seriously considering moving here so i can eat here every day.

AMAZING soul food and very friendly restaurant!! This was my first time trying fried catfish and they blew my mind it was so delicious! If you're on the fence about trying this place just take a chance and trust all the great reviews!

Just ordered for the first time yesterday. Ordered the catfish plate, yams, Mac & cheese & cabbage. Food was DELICIOUS! Very well seasoned, best food I’ve had since I’ve been in Muskogee.
