Bojangles

We were on the way out of the state for a trip, and wanted to stop for some dinner. We ordered and ate inside, and the process was smooth. It was pretty quiet in the restaurant, except for the workers who were having a good time, which they deserve to have. I ordered the chicken supremes combo with two sides- mashed potatoes with gravy and macaroni and cheese. The chicken supremes were smaller than I remembered, but they were tasty. The sides tasted as expected, and they also tasted good. The sweet tea was not as sweet as usual, so I opted for water instead. The restaurant itself was clean. All in all, it was a good meal, and it was nice to sit down.

Visited the store this evening for a Cajun filet biscuit and some seasoned fries. While the fried chicken is delicious — those Cajun filet biscuits are next level good. The store was clean, the team was really friendly and courteous and they even asked if I could wait five minutes for “extra hot chicken” - who says no to that?

Great stop. Super value. Friendly service. Hot chicken.

The food was perfect. I had to wait for it but they were extremely busy and I would rather wait than get old food. Just because it's "fast food" doesn't mean it will be quick. The ladies working were extremely sweet despite running around to get all the orders done. I usually avoid Newberry, but I understand the actions of one bad visit do not make it the normal for every day. So I'll keep giving it a chance. Times are hard for everyone right now. Be patient. Be kind.

I really enjoy Bojangle's and this location is no exception. Love the service. Love the food. Still say not enough seasoning on the seasoned fries but no problem they will give you more with a smile.

Looked like the order taker was cooking also, while multitasking he also provided such pleasant and respectful customer service. He said his name was Martinez Gallman and he said he was 22 years old. Just wanted to thank Mr. Gallman for my positive customer experience. 😊

My wife and I first time ever eating Bojangles. We’re traveling through from South Texas! The staff here was awesome! Very hospitable and the food was freaking BO*mb!. Lol! Thanks y’all for the warm welcome!

We stopped by after church to try their new pimento cheese biscuits & combos. After a mistake on my part. I ordered incorrectly and didn't get what I thought I should have had. The manager had overheard me telling my wife about it. The manager got me what I thought I ordered, & went out of her way to make sure that I was happy before I left . I will definitely be going back.

Cannot understand why their dining rooms (both Shelby locations) are closed when so many restaurants around them opened up long ago. Come on Bo-J! I'm a truck driver and hate having to walk up the window to order.
But...they were very quick and let me go in front of the cars that were waiting in line. So you still get 5 stars. LOVE your egg and sausage biscuit. My favorite breakfast! Don't forget the bo-rounds!!

Had the pleasure of meeting the loveliest ladies and having them serve us, only until some ignorant and doped up guy came in and hurled some incredibly racist slurs at the wonderful staff.

Just wanted to leave a review and tell the beautiful ladies tonight that you guys did an AMAZING job and do not deserve that kind of treatment. That guy was obviously on drugs and not in any way a rational or respectable person. Sane people don't act like that....

Near my home. A lovely older lady works as cashier at drive through. Always pleasant as represents this store well. Orders are correct too. A good location to visit.

I hardly ever go to a fast food restaurant when they are a few minutes from closing. But the place I was going to had closed early so I went to Bojangles about 10 minutes before closing. They were very kind and courteous. And Azaria and Shamia went out their way extra nice. Thanks bojangles!!

So far the recent visits have been positive, long lines move pretty steady and the food has been cooked fresh and not over cooked
