Very friendly and helpful for our pheasant hunt. Just 2 in our group and no trouble finding the birds. His dad did great job on pheasant row, but pheasants are smart and know the ways out. Thanks John.

John was a complete disaster to deal with. Struggled with basic communication to arrange a hunt for my group. His website oversells the quality of land he rented to our group for $2000 over three days. Lots of corn field and swamp. West Geddes property was a complete waste of travel time. All thistles and 6 inch cover. Very little managed CRP on any of these properties to attract pheasants. Don't waste your time and money renting his land. Zero stars if this was an option.
