McDonald's

We stopped here on a roadtrip, and wanted to use the bathroom and get food really quick. We put in a Mobile Order using their app while rolling down the road, parked the car, used the restroom, and had to wait only a couple of minutes before our food was ready. The process was fairly painless and quick, and I really can’t ask for more.

You know what I found?

A huge smile.

I rarely go to McDonald's but they have a huge basket of fries the kids and I can share if we are running errands.
The staff at this place was so nice. My best experience at a McDonald's in I don't know how long.

Better service than most fast food restaurants in the country.

This location was fast and prompt had all my order rite and food was fresh

I work third shift and I come here for my lunch break at 3am. This McDonald's always gives me hot fries compared to Sonic. I never get hot fries or tots from them and the meal that I get at Sonic is about 2$ more basically for the same Burger.

Updated Post: not sure if management is reviewing these comments or if the young lady took a customer service training class...but my recent experience with her was VERY GOOD!!! She spoke. She smiled. She was polite and respectful. And the rest of the staff was excellent as it has been in recent months and the food IS HOT AND DELICIOUS and cooked as I ordered!!! I'm in love with this McDonald's under this new management...hats off to the young black female manager...👏🏾👏🏾

The Hispanic female with the very long hair is the absolute worse person to hand the food out...she has zero personality and is borderline rude...other than her THE REST OF THE STAFF IS PERFECT...INCLUDING THE FOOD IS EXCELLENT FRESH & HOT.

in business you are going to have employees who make you money and those that will cause you to lose...

Choose who deals with your customers wisely...the Hispanic female that was handing out the food in drive thru SUCKS every time ...same and she is not very detailed...

You have an excellent crew other than her. She was at the window 2nd shift on Dec 7th 2022. I'm proud of this restaurant and how well they are doing now under new management last 6 months. Maybe the young lady might do better on the grill.

She has ZERO customer service skills.

They serve the best mocha frappe.

Three kids, two adults….everybody ate for less than $25. Wasn’t too quick in the drive thru but if I was in a hurry then I shoulda started out sooner. Would rather them not be quick as they got my order exactly right.

It was great ordering on there board. And then them bringing it to our table with condiments.

They were pretty busy. The staff was still very friendly and the food was great! Awesome coffee too!

Never have ice cream..but good food fast and friendly people...

This McDonald's lies about their hours. Says drive thru is open 24hr. I pulled up and they said we are closed. That's just sorry business management. I drove 5 miles off the interstate to get food because they advertised the drive thru was open. Sorry excuse for a franchise.

That young lady who took my order is so polite. She smiled she greet me and she repeat my order back to me. Her manager or boss needs to give her a raise because she have very good customer service skills compared to other McDonald's I've been to she knows how to do her job. I wish I can put her name out but I don't want to put her personal information out there but I do know that her name starts with a S something

My awesome experience started at the drive-through I believe her name is Cindy (?) She always has The best personality. The gentle man that fixed my coffee did it perfectly.

I don't know why they always mess with my sister, and her orders LOL but this morning AT 430AM the young woman working drive thru was a blessing in disguise. (I was walking btw, so the inside was closed) she was very sweet and gave me my coffee probably realizing I had barley enough to pay for it. please hire more like her. She was so nice and polite as well.

Oh yeah I had my big Mac attack and had to have one. That and my milkshake hit the spot . It was delicious. Thanks for great service and food and I love my coupons for free food on my receipts .

We stopped at McDonald's for a quick bite to eat cause we were all starving. I love their plain McChicken and a sweet tea. Being from the south, we love our sweet tea! Then, my daughter and I split a large fry. The staff was very cordial and accomodating and polite! We will return!

They have very good food but their door dash part has been kind of slow
