I stopped in to purchase a lottery ticket and ended up staying for an hour. Neal was very pleasant and had all his customers wishing me a happy birthday !☺
The atmosphere was soothing and peaceful, more importantly, I felt safe. Will stop again!

Cashier was super helpful when my family’s car broke down. Offered any help and let us stick around to wait for tow truck. Very kind we are very appreciative.

I occasionally go to this store for a certain paper I enjoy reading and havent been able to find it anywhere else. They are taking covid measures seriously and are always very nice and polite. And before pandemic this is where I would get my hand dipped chocolate mint ice cream cones. In a waffle cone of course. I look forward to the time I can go in and get one again.

Bathroom sink is broken but the lady working was an absolute delight. Super friendly and a pleasure to talk to.

Super clean restrooms

Decent gas prices, but my wife notified me that the women's bathroom was not too notch. Two toilets of which one was clogged with 3 women waiting to use one toliet. If you need gas good place for it, but if you need anything else the Shell gas station is across the street.

I would never voluntarily stop here again. It is filthy. Every door handle and door in and out of the store was slimy. While the toilets and sink were adequately clean, the walls, stalls, floors, etc were vile. The
store nor the bathroom is handicap accessible no matter the claims.
BP should be ashamed to have their name on this location. I feel I need a shower after visiting.

Absolutely mind blown by the rude and inconsiderate comments made by the cashier working here August 14th around 11:30. The kind of comments that would make for some serious viral social media content. I have 3 kids two and under and my oldest in newly potty trained. On a trip from Charleston to Spartanburg, he needed to potty near this exit. We pulled in and I saw a sign that said restrooms for paying costumers. I browsed the aisles with him and let him pick out a snack but he wanted a cookie and in typical 2 year old fashion started to pitch a fit. He pulled down a box of 5 protein cookies. I proceeded to get down and make him pick the cookies up with me. As we did, the cashier came back to tell me to : "control my child and not let him pull anything else of the aisles." We had been in the car for over 2 hours and chose this place to stop at - a mistake we will not make again. Now that I'm reading the comments, maybe I should thank the clerk for saving us from what seems to be as disguising bathrooms as the comments that were made.

Do not use pump 7. My car holds 13 gallons and this pump stopped after it said it gave me eight but the indicator on my gas tank barely moved. The second fill up gave almost 12 gallons. I don’t understand how a 13 gallon tank can hold 20 gallons. They came out and looked but refused to do anything to make it right.

The nastiest most disgusting bathroom I have ever seen. Signs in multiple places that restrooms are for customers only. Womens restroom has a plywood door in the end that leads to a darkened room, has two stalls, one of which has a toilet full of feces and paper. It had an automatic hand dryer that we activated walking by as the space is so tight to which dead flys flew out. The sink was full of stagnant water as it obviously has a drainage issue. This rest room looks to be out of a “Saw” horror movie. All the while signs in the restroom stating “keep this restroom clean”! The store it’s self is equally as nasty, dirty, and rundown. Would give zero stars if I could. Appalling

They have the nastiest bathroom I’ve seen and smelled in a long time!!!!!! I put it in the top 3 worst bathrooms I’ve ever been in. We travel a lot, and I’m old so I have a lot of experience. Just don’t! They even had the guts to post bathrooms are for costumers only, but feces on the seat, the other toilet was filled to the rim with urine and toilet paper, and the 3rd women’s stall door was so scary I didn’t even look in. I would recommend peeing in the grass and trees before ever stopping here. Actually go one exit further east to Loves and it’s decent. Sorry no photo, I just couldn’t get out fast enough. Thank god my kids didn’t need to go, because I would not have let them!

This is the worst place to stop. Going to see my family for thanksgiving I stopped here to get gas. Was told I had to have someone else pay for me because dogs are not allowed in the store. I proceeded to tell them she was a service dog and they said it didn't matter. No dogs allowed. I proceeded to tell the cashier that according to federal law u can not refuse service due to a service dog. She said she didn't care I had to leave with the dog. Extremely rude
will not stop here again. That was disrespectful to me and my service animal
