Lowe's Home Improvement

Thanks to Debra in the appliance section for her help today!!! I have a pro account and we had an issue with getting the extended warranty for my new freezer. Debra worked through it, getting others involved to help instead of just passing us along. It took a little longer to get the deal done, but that didn’t matter since she and the team were able to make it happen! We received our extended warranty with the purchase and were on our way. Delivery is tomorrow! Thanks so much to Debra, the Asst Store Manager (sorry I missed your name), and Josh!

Update: After posting this review I was given full credit for my washing machine and went to Lowe’s and purchased another with the credit. The only thing that I ended up paying for was a warranty on the new one and $50 to haul of the old one. I changed to 5 stars because it eventually did get handled. Thank you Lowe’s

The lady was very helpful. The delivery was very good as well

The materials are arranged logically and if any questions arise, a helpful team member is available. Great customer service and they support veterans, giving discounts. Praise God for your generosity and appreciation.

Very good prices better than the flea market

Everyone was nice and helpful. My two staff who were helpful were MK and then Latoya. Latoya was so attentive to my specific needs and went the extra mile.

Still one of my favorite places to go I can always find what I need there... And I've never had a bad experience with anybody who works there except for one cashier I think she was maybe a manager I don't know what she was but I bought a hose with the lifetime warranty and on the packaging it says take it back to the store... when I took it back to the store because it had a hole in it she said I had to send it to the people who made it🙄 and I'm telling her no I do not it says bring it back to the store she did not want to let me exchange it for another one but in the end she did... I did not like her...
I don't remember her name... but I still go to Lowe's...
I just avoid her...

Typical well organized Lowe's. Couldn't find product on shelf and was looking at my phone when associate actually asked if she could help me then did! I thanked her and she said "that's what I'm here for". Unusual for a retail employee to realize that.

Eric went above, beyond and out of his way to help us. He is absolutely fantastic and handle our problem with ease. If you need help ask for him!

Very nice Lowe's! Had very good stock and selection. And, BONUS!!, one of the largest clearance sections I've seen in a Lowe's, plus clearance items all over the store.

It's rare for me not to find what I'm looking for here

This review pertains to the staff service and is exclusive to Newberry, SC Lowes. The first names of the 2 employees are Jim and Sandy. I am told that Sandy is the assistant manager.
On Thursday, August 4th, my husband and I were shopping in this Lowes when my husband suddenly began to feel poorly. Waves of sweating, not steady on his feet, just generally feeling yucky. When Sandy learned of this, she ordered up a wheelchair from within the store for him to sit in while being escorted to the front where I met them with our truck. During all this, Sandy brought him a cold water and a Snicker bar in case the ill feelings were coming from a sugar drop. We left long enough to get my husband some lunch. He hadn't eaten anything other than the Snickers. He began to recover somewhat so we returned to Lowes to complete our shopping list. We arrived to find that Jim had already pulled these items and they were waiting on us at checkout. So awesome! I told the lady at checkout that we owed for a bottled water and the Snickers. She said no, it's been covered.
I love this and we love these people for going the extra mile. I cannot say that employees with other Lowes locations would not do the same but i CAN say that Jim and Sandy DID. I hope Lowes knows what they have in these two. Thank you both!

This Lowes is got to be the best one I've ever visited. The staff is amazing. I had called earlier that day before visiting. I had visited brickseek before I came. There were tons of items that I found out to be less than nothing. The manager and the staff made sure that I got the items that I was seeking. Thanks again staff. Please go visit them soon. I promise you that you will not be disappointed

We went in to Lowes to buy a washer and dryer. I had questions about certain brands. I asked for an honest opinion about the pros and cons and our sales gentleman was very knowledgeable and helped sway my decision towards a Maytag. He was very nice even through several clients coming in to purchase same appliances. Thank you for offering military discounts.

Checked out with an outstanding young man! Upon leaving, he said, "you have a blessed day, ma'am" it warmed my heart and made my day!! Matthew Stout, I hope you never change! Thank you for you!! Lowe's needs to hang on to you!

This Lowe’s location is absolutely amazing they have everything you could ever possibly need and the employees there are willing to help you find whatever it is you’re looking for before you leave they always make sure that you found everything that you were looking for and if not they find a way to try to get it for you even if it’s pick up curbside or ordering it online having it delivered at home or picking up up the store whatever works for you works for them beautiful location huge parking lot very friendly staff!

Love going here to get things for home remodeling and upkeep. We bring our dog with us and have no issues. Workers are friendly and helpful.

We shop here a lot. Currently are looking at new dining room light and new bathropm vanity. Had the opportunity to bring our dog in and was very pleased to learn just how welcome he is. Lots of employees comments that combined with pets and biscuits was most welcome.

Went in got what I wanted. Checked out with my veterans discount and left loved it
