Walmart Photo Center

I do not understand how a broken photo printer can not be evident on the online website for the store. My 1 hour photos have not been printed after placing my order five days ago. Order placed online--no notice what-so-ever. Would have sent elsewhere, but online can not be cancelled. I have been assured I can get a refund after the process is complete...all this after standing in line at customer service, sent to electronics, sent back to customer service--45 minutes of my time only to get "come back when it is done." I will return for the refund only. Poor service, Walmart--but you know that. It only allows posting if you fill out star, but should give option of NO STAR

I wish I could just rate one employee. I have called 2 days in a row and a lady answers and always puts me on hold for 10 min at a time and then hangs up on me. I am just trying to find out if my order is there for me to pickup so I do not make a pointless trip to Walmart. I do not understand what is so hard. It's 2 pictures; that is it!
