Amanda has no manners when talking to the patient on the phone.
She talks over you to the point you feel it necessary to just hang up.
There is no way she can come even close to be a Dr or good RN LPN .
When I was in the office for my visit she had the same tone.
I should have known then to find another orthopedic Dr office.
Apparently the Dr’s doesn’t care about reviews or they would weed out the hateful staff.

This place clearly does not care about veterans! I had an appointment scheduled for today that I have been waiting over 2 months for. The receptionist said she'd called me several times over the past couple of weeks which she wasn't lying about. However, I had called her back and just gotten a recording no one answered the phone... And I could not leave a message. Because of this I did not get the message that they would only see me if I had a physical CD of my x-rays and my MRI...email or reports would not work. When I questioned this the receptionist just said "He's the doctor he could do whatever he wants."
I'm not sure why she just didn't leave that message on my voicemail that my appointment would be canceled if I didn't get this information. Pretty sure that doesn't violate any HIPPA laws.
I think this office has to go back to the drawing board and really remind themselves that patient care and compassion should be important.

Now I love Northcrest in Springfield. I have been there several times and have never had a problem. I just moved and when I saw there was a northcrest facility here I was happy that I didn’t have to go on a new doctor hunt. However, I came in here a few times and end up spending over 100$ just to find out I had poison ivy.
The doctor couldn’t tell the difference between poison ivy and chiggers.. ended up treating me for chiggers.. after a few days I was getting a lot worse, went to another dr who took one look and knew what it was. I even told her at this office that I had been around it but didn’t know what the symptoms looked like.
Now that I’ve had chigger bites as well, I can see this lady is a complete moron. Even I could tell the difference just by looking at it. Needless to say, I refuse to come back.

This place is outrageous. No one ever answers the phone. They charge you money for every little thing. And wont tell you why you are paying so much

I cant find out what time they open?

Follow-up is horrible here.
